We stayed at homestay No.17, everything was so good. Very welcoming host, friendly, warm and helpful. The room is clean, cozy, fully equipped for basic needs. Our room has the town view which is so poetic and dreamy, breakfast area has river view (so beautiful and tranquil) 10/10 experience, gonna miss Wuzhen much.

The room amenities were excellent, the environment was lovely, and the toiletries were high-quality. The included buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with the mini wontons and clear noodle soup prepared to a professional standard. Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic, and we'll definitely return! I'd also like to give a special commendation to the young lady at Tong'an Inn's guidance desk. Her introduction was meticulous and professional, and she promptly compiled a travel guide to Wuzhen's attractions and activities into a document and sent it to us. Wuzhen is beautiful, and Tong'an Inn offers truly top-notch accommodation.

Banxia anticipated our every need, managing every detail from A to Z with remarkable grace and efficiency. Her attentiveness ensured our complete comfort and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The arrival and check-in process were so seamless, it felt like a dream. We were effortlessly guided to our room, a sanctuary that surpassed all expectations. Describing the room in words simply wouldn't do it justice – it was a masterpiece of design and comfort. While Hengyitang Health Centre is undoubtedly a premium experience, the impeccable service, breathtaking ambiance, and meticulous attention to detail make it worth every penny. The sightseeing shuttle service and complimentary luggage delivery to the hotel were very convenient. We were pleased to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room's ambiance actually exceeded our expectations. However, the room itself felt a bit small, with a 150cm wide bed. Our only significant disappointment was the bench at the foot of the bed. It emitted a very strong, pungent, sour odor, reminiscent of foot odor, which was quite overpowering even when we were lying in bed. It really felt as if the bench had never been properly cleaned, significantly impacting our comfort. We sincerely hope the hotel addresses this issue. On a positive note, the hotel kindly arranged a wonderful dim sum (yum cha) experience for us. It was a truly unique and novel opportunity to watch traditional Chinese opera while enjoying our morning tea. I highly recommend everyone to try it!

The hotel is a boutique hotel in Wuzhen Xizhia Area, right in the middle of the busy road, very convenient for everything, just note that it does not have river view at any of its room. The facilities might not be the best of the world, but the staff is the star and your best supporters you would ever find. Though their English is not fluent, they try their best to help us buy the bus tickets back to shanghai, they escorted us and delivered our luggage to the bus station, make sure that we can be supported by the bus driver before leaving. The breakfast is light but super yummy. Please do not hesitate, just book it for your stay!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located inside the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. I booked a package online which included breakfast, accommodation, entrance tickets, and shuttle transfers. Upon arrival at the reception hall, showing our booking quickly sorted out our tickets. We then took the scenic area shuttle directly to the hotel, marking the start of a fantastic trip. The hotel lobby is both grand and elegantly classic, and the hotel itself is quietly nestled in one of the best spots within the scenic area. The staff verified our identities, which meant we could freely enter and exit the scenic area throughout our stay. With our access cards, we could hop on a shuttle anytime, as the hotel even serves as a convenient shuttle stop. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Looking out the window, we had a lovely view of a lotus pond, adorned with lotus leaves, scattered flowers, and various lotus pods. It was incredibly relaxing. The L'Occitane toiletries were a delightful touch. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning; it was quite noisy, even on the lowest setting. This is definitely something that needs attention. Breakfast was a definite highlight. We enjoyed leisurely sampling a wide variety of local specialties. Guests also have the option to book the scenic area's special 'zaochake' (morning tea) if available. But even without it, the hotel's breakfast spread is incredibly rich and satisfying. Overall, it's an ideal choice for families traveling with both young children and seniors.

The hotel boasts a superb location—tucked away in the most secluded part of Xizha Scenic Area, offering both privacy and tranquility, yet remarkably convenient. A complimentary on-demand shuttle service is available to all scenic spots. The stunning infinity pool was a huge hit with the kids, who had an absolute blast; from the poolside, you can watch boats drift by on the river, a scene as picturesque as an ink wash painting. This hotel genuinely hits all the right notes for families traveling with children! Returning to Wuzhen, I can't help but marvel at how unchanged it is from 13 years ago. The Hangzhou government has done an excellent job preserving it! This time, I booked Zhaoming Academy, drawn by its No. 1 ranking for scenic views, and it truly delivered. **Environment:** Zhaoming Academy is located in the West Scenic Zone, relatively close to the exit. Downstairs, there's Shusheng Lamb Noodles (the price, 38 yuan a bowl, is the same as 13 years ago!), with generous portions of flavorful meat. Thumbs up!👍🏻 It's a very short walk to the Muxin Art Museum, just 5-10 minutes. Since Wuzhen has very few tourists in the mornings, giving it an ancient, secluded feel, we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another day. However, we were a bit disappointed that Zhaoming Academy was fully booked. **Service:** The front desk staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast is available downstairs, though it was a bit basic. The wontons had thick skins and sparse meat filling. (We later found out that the breakfast at Zhensui Hotel was similar, so it seems to be a standard for Wuzhen.) **Hygiene:** Spotlessly clean! Our family of four stayed in two separate rooms, which allowed for privacy. Each room had a TV, so the kids could watch cartoons while the adults enjoyed documentaries – it was very comfortable! **Facilities:** Compared to Shuixiangyi Inn where we stayed the next day, Zhaoming Academy definitely surpassed it (at the same price point). Not only does it have a comfortable tea area downstairs, but also a scenic waterfront area. Its proximity to the entrance makes it convenient for getting anywhere.

Truly a perfect trip. **Facilities:** The family room came with two TVs, perfect for allowing adults and children to watch their own programs without bothering each other. **Environment:** Our window overlooked the lively water market and a traditional opera stage. **Service:** The front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, patiently answering every question we had.

The most pleasant surprise during my stay at Wuzhen Jintang Mansion was meeting our butler, Xiao Shen! From the moment we arrived, his thoughtfulness was evident everywhere – he proactively confirmed our parking spot, handled our luggage efficiently and carefully, and even took the initiative to introduce us to the hotel's antique pieces, each with its own story. This instantly made us feel a deeper connection to this historic mansion. Throughout our stay, whether we needed recommendations for Wuzhen's sightseeing routes or wanted to find an authentic local restaurant, Xiao Shen always provided incredibly practical and helpful advice. Upon check-out, he thoughtfully reminded us to take all our personal belongings, even checking the weather forecast in advance and wishing us a safe journey. This kind of friendly and attentive service made our entire Wuzhen trip feel incredibly warm and comforting. While the ancient charm of Jintang Mansion is truly unforgettable, Xiao Shen's service added an extra layer of warmth to that memory. He absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up!
