Not bad, Wuzhen's most affordable inn, not far from the tourist attractions, called takeaway is very fast, it is also convenient to eat downstairs, there is a small supermarket, convenient transportation, the boss is very good, very kind, very leisurely feeling, (the boss sees not to kick me)

The manager Xiao Zhang is a very knowledgeable and friendly lady. She is very thoughtful to give us recommendation on our schedule to enjoy Wuzhen. When to avoid crowd, when to come back to the room to rest, etc. She was very helpful and strong. She took initiative to carry 20+kg luggage (we travelled for more than a week + shopping) up 2 flights of steps without issue and without us asking for help. She remembers all the guests’ details. Always checking on everyone to make sure all of us enjoy Wuzhen. Omotenashi 👍👍 this homestay has very beautiful and relaxing tea rooms to enjoy tea set. Their breakfast is yummy, filling and beautiful. Rooms are spacious with zen deco. I love the tatami beds. Location is just at the doorstep of Xi gate side entrance. Convenient stores and eateries right outside the homestay. I highly recommend all readers to stay here for 1-2 nights. I definitely will stay here again. Lastly, to my hotelier friends, go and recruit Xiao Zhang. She is a gem. She will take of your guests as they are hers.

Very nice and clean hotel in  very good location. Around 10 minutes walk to Wuzhen Ancient Town (west side).  The room was quiet so we had a great night sleep. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice bath. The slippers, bathrobes were provided in the room. And all the toiletries are given during check in if needed. The services was super super nice, polite and helpful. They also send us some tips and recommendations about Wuzhen. On top of that we received little gift on our departure which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again if I visit Wuzhen again.

Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely wonderful! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and consistently went out of their way to help, from opening doors to carrying luggage. We arrived a bit early, and they immediately offered to store our bags. When our room became available, they promptly called us to let us know – truly exceptional service and thoughtfulness! 👍👍👍 The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with modern facilities. Our room had no hint of dampness or unpleasant odors. Its location in Nanzha was excellent and very easy to find. While Xizha is a short distance away, the hotel provides a shuttle service directly to the Xizha Scenic Area, a quick 5-minute ride. You can easily book this at the front desk, which is super convenient. What's more, unlike other hotels outside the scenic area, staying at Nanzha Inn allows for unlimited entry and exit to the attraction, and even early access to Xizha before its official opening hours. This offers fantastic value for money! Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay! 😁

I went to Wuzhen during the Chinese New Year, and I was really surprised. Not to mention the scenic spots, it was still so lively and fun. The B&B I booked was also full of warmth and the service was very enthusiastic. When I arrived at the store, I was given Wuzhen-specific souvenirs, including pastries and Fruit, the environment of the B&B is very good, very clean and well designed. The location is good, just opposite the scenic spot, just a few minutes' walk away. The guest rooms are also well-equipped, and the toiletries are individually packaged, which is very clean. The biggest surprise is a coupon for their own cat petting parlor. There are many cute cats and free petting for an unlimited time. This booking is a great value and highly recommended for cat lovers!

The location is good and it is very convenient to go to Xizha, but the price is very expensive during the May Day holiday. Parking spaces are provided and the service is ok. . . . . . . . . . .

There is one person in my family, one person in my family, one baby and one cat. It is really difficult to travel during holidays. I just decided to come to Wuzhen last night. It takes an hour to drive from home. My husband sighed, isn't it the same as Wujiang? But it is still very fragrant to lie in the hotel, and the air is full of the smell of freedom. 🌈 I strongly recommend this pet-friendly parent-child hotel [Wuzhen Wuwaiwu Shuxiang Mansion Hotel]. The price did not increase much during the May Day holiday. The pet cleaning fee is 68💰/pet/night, and a double afternoon tea is also provided, which is very conscientious. When checking in, I saw four or five puppies, which are really friendly. 🚗 There are not many parking spaces. We parked in the next location. There are staff to guide us. There is a large parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel🅿 ❤ There is a swimming pool, which is the favorite of the four-year-old boy. There are a lot of fallen leaves🍂 in the outdoor swimming pool. The manager brother helped to pick up the leaves. It is still a bit cold in this season. The children don’t mind the cold and played with a little brother for a long time. ❤There are hammocks❤ and small animals, it's no problem to spend an afternoon there.

We chose this hotel for our first night in Wuzhen. It offered excellent value for money and was unanimously praised by my family. The hotel is quite new, and all its facilities are in great condition. We even received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. The minibar items were complimentary, which was a nice perk, even though the selection was limited to just four drinks. The only minor hiccup was the requirement for a birth certificate, ID card, or social security card for infant check-in, which caught us completely by surprise. I also had to ask the front desk multiple times for a bed rail, but my requests went unanswered. It was only after my third phone call from the room that the bed rail was finally delivered. Despite these minor issues, overall, the hotel is still very good. The breakfast offered a wide variety, the hotel itself is modern, the rooms are spacious, and the price was very reasonable.

Before traveling, I happened to see the comments of other travelers who stayed in this hotel on Ctrip. I felt that this hotel was quite good. The guy also upgraded us for free on the day we arrived. The service was particularly good, the environment was also very good, and the room was relatively clean and hygienic. The price was very cost-effective in this area, and it was very close to the scenic area, so it was very convenient to go out and eat. When we left, the guy also gave us a small local specialty gift, and their front desk also told us what was worth buying and what was free in the scenic area, which was really good! 

I was too tired to come here, but after I came here, I felt that this room still had some small surprises. There is a bathtub in the room. Disposable plastic bags for bathing are also provided. The children watched Pleasant Goat while taking a bath, and they didn't want to go out to play in the room. It is worthy of being a designer hotel. The decoration is unique, especially the bed is very stable, the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, the sheets are very new, and the sheet fabric is white pure cotton satin, which is very comfortable to sleep on. There is no noise from cars when sleeping at night. I, who have always had a bad sleep, slept until dawn. In short, the comfort level of living is very high.
