預訂酒店前，被錦堂幾乎0差評所吸引，決定入住錦堂！錦堂採用管家式一對一服務的形式，讓我們在小意姑娘的周到呵護下，順順利利完成了三天兩夜的旅行！遊船上小意姑娘“兼職”導遊，為我們介紹烏鎮的風土人情，她的專業讓我們感受到了她對烏鎮的熱愛，也引發了我們對烏鎮的探尋！每天都會詢問我們有什麼需求，下班了，也不忘及時溝通，做好銜接！除了管家小意的細緻周到之外，錦堂的餐飲也給我們留下了很深的印象。三天兩夜我們在酒店餐廳吃了兩頓正餐，每一道菜品，真的是做到了色香味俱全！白水魚鮮到掉眉毛，醬燒牛肉（菜名記不得了）香嫩可口，八爪魚搭配特別的辣椒，口感一流！烤鴨、紅燒肉、雞湯，真是道道菜品讓我們讚不絕口！最出乎意料的是炒飯和素麪，炒飯軟糯而不粘，素麪軟而不爛，融合了各種菌菇的鮮香，直到現在還意猶未盡！早飯很有儀式感，因為我們這次是錯峯出行，“自助”早餐變成了“送餐”服務，每一道早點都搭配不同的託盤，真的是視覺和味覺的雙重滿足！錦堂，再見！小意，再見！烏鎮，再見！再見，下一個季節的烏鎮💖💖

錦堂位於烏鎮西柵中心地段，鬧中取靜，且步行去各處都比較方便。入住時的烏篷船迎接讓長者和孩子都很愉悦。我們的管家小意很棒，服務很周到，體貼細緻，讓人賓至如歸，且安排了自製香氛的體驗，讓我多了一份錦堂的獨特記憶。酒店的硬件設施和早餐也不錯，尤其泳池孩子很喜歡，會考慮下次假期再來。
