這次入住烏鎮錦堂行館，最驚喜的就是遇到了管家小沈！從我們到店開始，他的貼心就無處不在——提前幫我們確認好停車位置，搬行李時手腳麻利又細心，還主動介紹了酒店裡那些藏着故事的老物件，瞬間讓我們對這家有年代感的行館多了份親近。
住店期間，不管是問烏鎮的遊覽路線，還是想找家地道的菜館，小沈總能給出超實用的建議。離店時還細心提醒我們帶好隨身物品，甚至提前查好了天氣，叮囑我們路上注意安全。
這種像朋友一樣的周到，讓整個烏鎮之行都暖乎乎的。錦堂行館的古韻讓人難忘，而小沈的服務，更讓這份難忘多了份温度，必須給個大大的贊！

這次旅行體驗真是太棒了，這是我第二次住在錦堂行館，這次絕對超出我的預期。錦堂地處西柵大街中心繁華位置，但是內部非常安靜。這次訂的是家庭房，房屋傢俱很新而且設計絕對精美，處處裝飾都透漏着酒店對客人體貼照顧，尤其是家庭房動靜分離互不幹擾，真是太棒了👏。另外，最值得一提的就是酒店的管家式服務 絕對太到位了。我的管家是範家輝，年輕帥氣温雅的帥哥🤵，從我入店頭一天就開始詢問我這邊的需求，比如 幾點的動車，有沒有約車，在哪裡下車方便，幫助約車約導遊，親自到景區門口接我們來，還親自送我們出景區，而且為我們申請各種免費景點體驗等等，讓我們感到太安全，太省心了，一萬個贊👍！謝謝家輝，也謝謝錦堂行館培養出這麼有愛心🧡有素質的員工👍！希望錦堂今後更加生意興隆🙏

一曲從前慢，不枉烏鎮行。
烏鎮真的是一座走進來就不想走出去的水鄉烏託邦，衹怪自己行程安排的太滿了，不然真的應該多住幾天。
這次入住錦堂行館，也是在烏鎮眾多的酒店民宿中相互比較，斟酌了好久才果斷下單的，結果是真的一點沒讓我失望！它像是存在在古鎮老街當中的一方凈土，進入酒店大堂才會發現它的別有洞天，逛逛酒店裡麪就感覺特別不錯。
入住前，小意管家提前聯繫我敲定我的行程和到達時間，提前在景區停車場等待帶領我進景區，提前在房間插了電蚊香，準備了歡迎果盤。錦堂的住客免費乘坐景區遊覽車，贈送的一次搖擼船我們選擇在離開酒店時使用，酒店有自己的搖擼船碼頭，離店前管家會提前給你叫好船等着。
由於天氣特別悶熱，小意管家還特別暖心地給我們準備了兩瓶冰水、兩個手持小電扇、遮陽傘來接我們，給我驚艷到了，這酒店服務簡直絕了👍進入酒店大堂辦理入住期間可以提前點好次日的早餐，有中式和西式兩種選擇，我每樣選了點都嚐嚐。當時入住的晚餐是選擇的錦堂酒店自己的私家菜餐廳，正宗的江浙菜，挑嘴的孩子説特別好吃😄早餐的餐廳更讓人驚喜，居然有個無邊泳池和酒店自己的一大片荷花池。
總之，這次烏鎮之行風景沒有失望，酒店沒有失望，吃食沒有失望，一切完美，下次再來準備多住一段時間！

這次趁著杭州之行終於第一次來到了心心念念了多年的水鄉烏鎮，出行前在瀏覽了諸多的旅館和民宿後選擇了入住錦堂行館，很慶幸做了對的選擇，入住後發現酒店真的很棒👍👍👍。酒店位處烏鎮西柵景區腹地（近昭明書院），出門即見小橋流水，店內由百年廳堂建築改造，層高恢弘，雕花門廊、青石板院保留原汁原味江南官邸格局。房間明清風格家俱配搭現代智能衛浴，歷史感與現代舒適度精妙平衡。這次十分感謝管家范家輝非常貼心的服務，及幫我們安排了出乎意料棒的景觀房，讓我們體驗了的枕水而居、推窗即景，讓我們對這一趟旅程回味無窮，期待下次再次入住！
