He led us to take the shuttle bus to help with the luggage and introduced us along the way. He was warm and polite. When checking in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and professional. After completing the formalities, the room was on the second floor and needed to take the stairs. The waiter brother helped to carry two overweight suitcases upstairs. Every time I went out, the staff I met took the initiative to greet us and say hello. The hotel room was also very quiet. The only bad thing was that the bathroom door in the room was completely transparent, and the curtain of the shower room was also a little transparent. When going to the bathroom and taking a shower, other people in the room could see it, which was embarrassing. I hope the hotel can improve this in the future. The road outside the hotel is beautiful. Behind the hotel is the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the White Lotus Tower, which are very beautiful for taking pictures.
