I was really annoyed with the service this time around as we waited nearly 2 hours for our deposit to be returned.
There is no good reason for this, as per policy on Trip.com the deposit should be returned upon checkout.
Note: We always leave our hotel rooms in immaculate order upon checkout...
What's even more annoying is the fact that I was ignored on Wechat when quering the matter.
This will make me re think if it's worth the while to return in future, perhaps, I'll take my business elsewhere in future.
