The lady at the reception desk is very nice. The location is quiet. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away for shopping. However, I think the hygiene of the room needs to be improved. There are other people's hair in the shower room... Other places are acceptable. You can walk directly to the East and West Gates, or take a car to visit the South Gate and let the driver take you to the East and West Gates Visitor Center.
