房間非常好，酒店很大，再烏鎮西柵景區裏面，有遊覽車接送，出行很方便，房間很乾凈，我不喜歡臨水的酒店，擔心太潮濕，這個酒店就很合適，酒店環境也很好，早餐也不錯，以後來烏鎮的話還會住這裏

硬件很差，衞生間防水條脱落直接被砸到頭上，被嚇得不輕。一晚上沒有睡好，心臟都不舒服，和酒店反應之後，服務員衹是上來拿脱落的防水條，沒有任何安撫和道歉。直到第二次反應，酒店才派值班經理來説給我們換房間，我們不同意，因為孩子要寫作業，而且大人被嚇得不輕，根本不想換。我
們要求免去當晚房費，酒店不同意。衹是給我們免了小孩早餐，説實話孩子能吃多少？價格並不等同。第二天因為航班取消，我們多住一晚，酒店也不免費。説實話，這樣的酒店我不會再選擇，沒有當擔的酒店！如果是玻璃砸下來那可不是這樣了，最起碼的安全隱患都杜絕不了！！！！！！

隱藏在西柵深處的酒店，酒店非常大，帶小孩出來玩，主要是安全和衞生。早餐品種豐富，服務員也很貼心。酒店一次性用品也都是品牌的，房間比較新。平時很少評價，這次特地來點評下的，忘記拍照哈哈。因為颱風，沒有試試無邊游泳池。建議在酒店門口設個外賣取餐櫃。

酒店非常乾淨 大堂很氣派 服務人員都會主動打招呼 整個酒店非常大氣 早餐也挺豐富的 水果好評 九點半起床去吃早餐 基本菜品都還是及時補充的狀態 熱湯麪 小餛飩 牛肉粉都好吃 好評 泳池小朋友很喜歡 下次有機會 還會選擇入住 接駁車可以直接送到酒店門口 行李退房之後也可以送到遊客中心 一小時送達 基本可以退房了再去景區兜一圈 非常方便 酒店大堂可以掃碼免自駕停車費 很不錯！
