這次入住烏鎮堤上酒店，體驗堪稱完美！酒店坐落於西柵景區內，推開窗便是碧波蕩漾的河道與白牆黛瓦，枕水而居的江南意境撲面而來。房間佈置雅緻，原木傢俱搭配暖黃燈光，細節處點綴着烏鎮特色藍印花布，古樸又温馨。智能設施一應俱全，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。服務更是貼心，從前台接待到行李搬運，工作人員始終熱情耐心，還會主動提供遊玩攻略。清晨在臨河餐廳享用特色早餐，看着搖櫓船緩緩劃過，愜意十足。無論是度假放鬆還是感受水鄉風情，這裏都是絕佳之選，強烈推薦！

這家酒店太讚了，喜歡室內設計的我，感覺他們好細心，從天花板到地板，所有的牆壁都很用心。
房間的所有全部設備與用品都很講究與細心。給我有一種很不捨得離開的感覺。

規模設施沒得説，服務特別好，早餐非常豐富，景區裏最好的酒店之一。起初還擔心酒店的位置在景區西端，遊覽時會多走路，入住後反而發現這個位置更方便遊覽。進入景區有免費的擺渡車，行李運送至酒店，住客可不限次數乘坐。從酒店一側出發，坐搖擼船觀光水鄉，步行遊覽街巷回到酒店一點都不累。景區主幹線是一條東西走向水路，深度遊覽街區的話，剛好可以走水路兩側的街道一去一回。離開酒店時，行李託運到景區出入口，很方便，避免負重前行。總之，家人對酒店都很滿意，再去烏鎮，還會選擇堤上。

真的是超預期的一次體驗！
帶着爸爸媽媽和孩子一起旅行，定了兩間房，入住前員工考慮到父母年齡大，又有孩子，為我們升級了套房。這樣方便彼此照顧。非常感謝！！！
房間很乾凈，景色非常秀麗。
入住期間的服務都很周到，尤其是長者走累了可以隨時叫擺渡車回酒店休息。早餐很豐盛，父母和孩子都非常喜歡。爸爸不愛旅行，但卻説下次再來這裏。
