房間乾淨整潔。床很舒服，周圍環境很好很安靜。盛庭行館在主街中心位置去哪裡都方便。遊覽車在盛庭也有站點。做着搖櫓船欣賞烏鎮夜景真美。早餐很豐盛也很好吃。服務很好，特別是管家小衞熱情周到接我們幫我們拿行李，很貼心的介紹遊玩線路，好吃的小吃，飯店。很高興認識小衞有機會還會來烏鎮西柵入住盛庭。

提前3天就有工作人員聯繫我，添加專門的管家服務羣，貼心的告知我到達後住店和遊玩情況，跟我確定到達時間，到達當天管家小沈提前聯繫我，一對一服務，他提前半小時到達了遊客中心外面等待我們，幫着我們提行李，當天下雨，還貼心的準備了雨傘，帶着我們坐擺渡車，到達站點後已經有工作人員在站點等待迎接我們，隨後幫忙搬行李帶領我們辦理入住，盛庭的地理位置也是超級棒，出門就可以逛街，但是房間裏卻聽不到街上的聲音，特別幽靜，設施齊備，環境精緻，每個地方都透露出想住客而所想，還要特別提到，餐廳的餐食真的要好好吃，餐廳的服務員服務貼心，態度極好的，雖然有贈送早茶客，但是我衹是去現場感受了一下，還是回酒店吃的，因為早餐實在太豐富了，分量足，精緻又好吃，退房當天大太陽，管家露佳從辦理退房到我們上車離開，幫忙提行李，一直陪同送我們到遊客中心外面上車點，目送我們上車才離開，盛庭真的讓我感受到了賓至如歸的感覺，強推盛庭，因為這確實是我入住的真實體驗，以後來烏鎮盛庭一定會是不二選擇。

LOCATION GREAT. in the middle of Xizha. can walk anywhere. no need to leave park.
Breakfast awesome, and v generous portions.
Hotel hardware a bit dated (mind you it's a heritage property), can use some upgrade.
