I booked online and checked out at 14:00, and I used Ctrip points to add value to the check-out, but the front desk called us at 11:30 and asked us to check out. Excellent hotel. Room was very big, nice design, had a great view and very clean. All facilities were great, and especially loved having a washing machine in the room, super useful. Location is perfect, right next to train station, 5 minutes walk from the bus station (to get to Fanjing Mountain), and plenty of places to eat nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building houses multiple hotels, so once you're outside there's a sign saying which floor to go to for each hotel. Great value stay.
