The boss is very good and came to the train station to pick us up. The room was large and clean. Next to it is Maling Ancient Road. In the morning, I took my children to Shishe Village on foot. It was not hot at all. There were trees in the whole process. It was also very fast to walk to the net red Wenchangge coffee shop in Yuanping Village. The location of the homestay is very good, quiet in the middle of noisy, it is convenient to go anywhere. After the sun sets, the mountains are very cool. The hotel is next to the Four Seasons Hotel and is newly opened, so it looks very new and clean. The room was also very neat and clean, and of course, there was welcome fruit. Breakfast is free for children under 1.4 meters tall, which is quite generous. The front desk didn't mention any souvenirs, and I didn't feel comfortable asking.

I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time.

Transportation: The hotel area starts from the foot of the mountain, so it is said that only SF Express can deliver to the hotel lobby. Other express delivery, take-out, including Cainiao Logistics, can only be delivered to the distribution point a few kilometers away from the foot of the hotel. You can only call an express car to go down the mountain. If you don’t drive yourself and have hygiene requirements, it is best to consider chartering a car.
Reservation and check-in: When booking, I noted that my legs and feet were inconvenient, and I was arranged a room very close to the lobby. Linna contacted me on WeChat one day in advance to ask about the approximate arrival time. There is no mandatory extra bed for three people. It is suggested that you can first see whether the sofa meets the sleeping needs before deciding whether to add a bed. All questions during the stay were answered by the front desk. It was communicated that there was no need for cleaning, and water, coffee and paper towels were enough. However, only water and paper towels were delivered the first time, and coffee was not given until I called again.
Food: Breakfast is quite rich, but eggs benedict needs to be booked with the front desk one day in advance. Other omelettes can be ordered on the spot. Rice noodles are good There are many kinds of toppings. The hotel mainly serves Chinese food. The Western restaurant is more decorated. The menu cannot fill one page. So we originally booked one day each and changed to Chinese food. The Chinese food is stable and remarkable. The manager on duty on the first day introduced each dish in detail, from ingredients to production process. The wrong dish was served during the meal on the second day. Another manager on duty explained it very frankly and gave a reduction. This is commendable. After all, it is difficult for me to tell if a fried rice is served wrong. I just think the taste is different from what I expected. But the only drawback is that the hotel with such inconvenient transportation has too few room service options during non-meal time and no vending machines. I suggest referring to some hot spring hotels in Japan with one night and two meals. There will be more activities. Other services: The Internet celebrity swimming pool is beautiful, but the locker room is very small. There are five lockers and two shower rooms. It is not connected to the main building of the hotel. You have to walk outdoors for a while to change elevators. It is in the same building as the travel photography office. The travel photography appointment was wrong. In the end, the weather was bad and no photos were taken. But when I went swimming, I encountered the travel photography occupying the swimming pool for photography. The hotel staff apologized again and again. We were leaving so it didn't matter, but if you really want to have a good swim, it would be uncomfortable to see someone posing in a swimsuit.

On the first day, the child was acclimatized and suffered from colds and diarrhea. During the day, I went to several pharmacies in the county but could not buy moxa sticks. In the evening, the boss helped me find a small hand burner for moxibustion and delivered it to him. The room was also given montmorillonite powder for emergency use. It's really very considerate! !
Let’s talk about accommodation conditions. The room facilities are very good, with a large projection screen and a large bathtub. Worrying about insects in the room in the mountains is completely unnecessary. The breakfast is also very delicious.

The hotel environment is great with mountains and water, and the view from the room is also top-notch. The hotel's public area is very large, occupying a hilltop. The children had a lot of fun playing on the lawn. There are also cafes, gyms and swimming pools so they won't be bored. The next day I went to OMG Heartbeat Park, which is not far from the hotel by car for about 20 minutes. I recommend it.

CChongchongziThe room is a good size, the yard is big and pet-friendly. I don't know if it's because there are too many people on May 1st or the staff are lazy. I stayed for five days and four nights. The second day was cleaned very carefully, but the next few days were not cleaned carefully. The hair in the shower was not cleaned, and the slippers were not added. Although I asked the staff, they still gave them. But I still hope to get better care when I come back exhausted after a whole day of playing. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, but I think it's okay in this place. There is a supermarket and snack stand behind the hotel, which can meet basic needs. Parking is also very friendly. You can park for free around the hotel. It takes at most one minute to walk to the hotel lobby. Overall, it is suitable for family travel. I will come again next time~
