Conrad Hotel is located on a peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides, covering a large area, with beautiful natural scenery, and very good for a morning walk. The room is not small, and you can enjoy the lake view very well, but the decoration level of the room is relatively simple. The hotel swimming pool is not bad, but a little small. I didn't expect that the locker room of the swimming pool of a hotel of this level would be so bad. Not only is it small, but there is nothing in the locker room. This swimming pool locker room is definitely poor in general five-star hotels. The hotel has Chinese and Western restaurants, and the products of the restaurant are still recognized. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is more expensive. The price of Western food is more acceptable.

Conrad Hangzhou Tonglu is amazing! The environment is quiet and the air is fresh, allowing people to enjoy nature to the fullest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and high quality. The hotel housekeeper Ada is enthusiastic and professional, and the service is even more thoughtful and considerate! From adding WeChat before check-in, carefully arranging for us, to giving warm blessings at the end of the stay, we felt the service that matches a luxury hotel. The hotel's dining is also excellent and delicious. The time spent here is extremely pleasant, and it is definitely a five-star choice!

八月底就訂了房間因為突**況取消，這次終於成行。事實證明好事多磨，完美的入住體驗。特別要提到Nora小姐姐，從第一次預訂-取消-再次預訂的全過程，以及本次兩晚三日的全日程當中，提供了無微不至的周到服務，嚴重表揚！另外酒店的中餐廳西餐廳各利用了一次，出品和服務均在線！還要感謝餅房的生日小蛋糕！已經在籌劃下一次訪問了。
