酒店環境不錯，有個庭院和魚塘，停車免費位置多，前台員工李思楠態度好，還解決了孩子的早餐問題，房間乾淨整潔，早餐種類多，會推薦

自駕遊平潭島回來路過桐廬，酒店設施比較陳舊，訂了兩間房，兩間都在15樓，一間房空調不行，去換，前台客服要求馬上把行李拿出去，説還要賣出去，後來樓層阿姨幫忙一起拿行李換了一間房間，樓層阿姨服務不錯很好，換了一間又不行，又叫師傅來修理後，才好，前台服務一般，在酒店用餐消費，憑房卡可以優惠，前台客服辦理時也不説一聲，感覺自己像老牌酒店，5樓餐廳服務員不錯，就餐後買單，5樓收銀員也不説一聲，感覺這種老牌的酒店服務質量有待提高。
