環境很好，除了英式計算樓層不適應外，其他都很好，對了，房間沒有一次性拖鞋，記得和前台要，歡迎水果是荔枝和梨子

朋友一起出行，房間很大，衞生打掃很及時，酒店服務熱情，很滿意的一次出行。唯一就是別墅稍微有點遠，去泳池要開車。

有點舊的酒店，服務態度讓人感覺是國企～雖是親子，估計太熱，可玩的不多，室內泳池娃覺得冷。走出去太累了，上下坡的，還沒有接駁車。不推薦

訂了一個套房，酒店距離大奇山十幾分鍾車程，環境優美整潔，入住那天還送了歡迎水果和牛奶，不論是中餐廳還是自助餐廳都非常好吃，早上的自助早餐品類豐富，酒店管家朱藝昀有問必答，服務熱情，下次入住還要選她

房間挺大，早餐豐盛，窗外景色秀麗，室內靜謐舒適，客房服務周到，雲山九里小管家張坷芯更是反應迅速，無論是申請小童早餐券還是遺留在客房的物品快遞，辦事利落爽快，訊息發過去，立馬就給辦好了
PS：酒店有萌寵小兔，餐廳免費提供胡蘿蔔給小朋友投喂，很有愛
