LlanqingerFantastic! The entire guesthouse felt incredibly spacious, from the rooms to the common areas – absolutely no feeling of being cramped. The hosts and their staff were all incredibly generous and welcoming. Although there are only eleven rooms, it's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the design; the check-in area right by the entrance is set up like a spacious living room. It features numerous sofas, a screen for gaming, a bar counter, a cozy setup for brewing tea around a small stove, and a full wall of transparent glass offering views of the small river outside and their private swimming pool. There's also an entire wall covered with plush toys.
The living room is actually on the second floor, with the restaurant directly below it. We didn't dine there, but it looked like the food would be delicious, given the numerous tables and chairs. We had breakfast in the morning; though it was a set menu, it was more than sufficient. Our neighbors at the next table asked the staff for extra portions when they ran out, and they were met with polite and generous service. There are so many cozy nooks to sit and chat; it would be perfect for a company team-building retreat if rented out completely.
The small appliances and daily essentials in the room were mostly Muji or Ikea brands. Besides the four complimentary canned drinks in the mini-fridge, they surprisingly also provided three bottles of Evian mineral water. We stayed for two days, and the staff even replenished the drinks for us. We are a family of three, with our adult daughter, so we booked the largest room on the top floor. Outside the room's entrance was a large balcony, thoughtfully equipped with a freestanding clothes rack, and to our surprise, there was yet another spacious balcony just past the main entrance of the room. We enjoyed coffee and afternoon tea, and even when we accidentally broke a cup, they didn't charge us for it. I'm sure this guesthouse will flourish and thrive!

RRenjianzhidaoIt is a very correct choice to come here in this season. Since I chose a homestay in Yabuli, Harbin, I came to experience the southern homestay in this off-season in the north. I never thought that in these mountains, I could experience a homestay with a strong sense of design. The butler service is in place. After booking, they contacted us quickly and spent 40 minutes explaining the construction process of the homestay. They also upgraded our room and we can watch movies in the cinema at night. It's really good!

Transportation: The hotel area starts from the foot of the mountain, so it is said that only SF Express can deliver to the hotel lobby. Other express delivery, take-out, including Cainiao Logistics, can only be delivered to the distribution point a few kilometers away from the foot of the hotel. You can only call an express car to go down the mountain. If you don’t drive yourself and have hygiene requirements, it is best to consider chartering a car.
Reservation and check-in: When booking, I noted that my legs and feet were inconvenient, and I was arranged a room very close to the lobby. Linna contacted me on WeChat one day in advance to ask about the approximate arrival time. There is no mandatory extra bed for three people. It is suggested that you can first see whether the sofa meets the sleeping needs before deciding whether to add a bed. All questions during the stay were answered by the front desk. It was communicated that there was no need for cleaning, and water, coffee and paper towels were enough. However, only water and paper towels were delivered the first time, and coffee was not given until I called again.
Food: Breakfast is quite rich, but eggs benedict needs to be booked with the front desk one day in advance. Other omelettes can be ordered on the spot. Rice noodles are good There are many kinds of toppings. The hotel mainly serves Chinese food. The Western restaurant is more decorated. The menu cannot fill one page. So we originally booked one day each and changed to Chinese food. The Chinese food is stable and remarkable. The manager on duty on the first day introduced each dish in detail, from ingredients to production process. The wrong dish was served during the meal on the second day. Another manager on duty explained it very frankly and gave a reduction. This is commendable. After all, it is difficult for me to tell if a fried rice is served wrong. I just think the taste is different from what I expected. But the only drawback is that the hotel with such inconvenient transportation has too few room service options during non-meal time and no vending machines. I suggest referring to some hot spring hotels in Japan with one night and two meals. There will be more activities. Other services: The Internet celebrity swimming pool is beautiful, but the locker room is very small. There are five lockers and two shower rooms. It is not connected to the main building of the hotel. You have to walk outdoors for a while to change elevators. It is in the same building as the travel photography office. The travel photography appointment was wrong. In the end, the weather was bad and no photos were taken. But when I went swimming, I encountered the travel photography occupying the swimming pool for photography. The hotel staff apologized again and again. It is a converted farmhouse with all the basic facilities. The food cooked by the proprietress tastes good. The price of more than 400 still exceeds psychological expectations. The hotel environment is great with mountains and water, and the view from the room is also top-notch. The hotel's public area is very large, occupying a hilltop.
