這家酒店沒少住，最近不知道怎麼了，從硬件到服務一塌糊塗。
酒店吹風機風量還不如我吹氣，而且連續吹五分鐘就會斷電，打電話到前台反映，前台説我們家就這樣，説過熱會保護。這都什麼邏輯。
花灑都這樣了，也不換，水要麼過熱，要麼過冷。
最可氣的是吃早餐時，有事需要接電話，早餐廳太吵，旁邊有個小區域沒營業，應該是是餐廳一部分，如果用餐人過多時才開。我就進去打個電話，被一個大姐直接趕走，我説我就打個電話就出來，她很兇的説不行，有監控，沒開就是不許進，把我趕出去。後來去吃早餐，九點半用餐結束，準時的很，到點就關燈，就差直接趕我走了。
什麼服務態度，真是大爺。

酒店第一印象就是乾淨，漂亮，而且房間住起來特別安靜温馨，前台服務也很熱情，態度很好，真的出乎意料，性價比很高，原本訂的豪華標間免費給升級房型，很大很舒服，房間靠近小區隔音也很好，這個價位真的很值，而且還有早餐，品種很多，相當滿意，值得推薦
