This time I brought my baby to travel and chose this hotel, it was a surprise! When I first arrived at the hotel, the children were a little angry because of the long-distance car ride. I didn’t expect the front desk brother to notice the child’s emotions at a glance. He magically pulled out a super cute cartoon toy and handed it over. He also squatted down to teach the child how to play. The baby’s eyes were bright and he didn’t leave his hands with the toys. I finally got a little relieved to check in. More intimately, after entering the room, I found that there was a cartoon pillow for children on the bed, and there was a handwritten welcome card on the table, drawing cute cartoons that children liked! The temperature was cooled at night, and the child said that his feet were cold and called to ask if there were any extra blankets. As a result, the waiter not only sent a thick blanket, but also a foot bath bucket and warm handbag filled with hot water, saying that it was ”afraid that we would catch cold.” When I checked out the next day, the child was reluctant, and the front desk lady sent another small toy and said, ”Come back next time to collect a set!” To be honest, I have lived in so many hotels, and the first time I encountered even the children's small emotions, I took care of them so meticulously! The staff is really attentive to observe the needs of the guests, not to worry about the process service. This warmth hidden in the details is definitely worth calling crazy!
