優點：在古城裡，逛吃方便（通海古城非常小，不光和大理比不了，也比不了建水）。價格便宜。鬧中取靜。洗澡水大。缺點：沒有電梯！！！回形樓梯感覺更長了。收取按金，整個雲南衹此一家收按金。沒有瓶裝水，也沒有燒水壺，5月大降温10℃+沒有熱水，沒有空調，簡直折磨。窗外是其他民房的牆體，無通風采光。沒有頂燈，衹有射燈，光線昏暗。枕頭套有頭油味，睡覺身上刺癢。

物美價廉，一個人住完全足夠了。位置也好，去秀山和老城都很近，前台工作人員態度也不錯，超市也不遠，晚上安靜。
