A notre arrivée, personne : on vous envoie le code de la porte et une enveloppe vous attend avec la clé. Vous faites le boulot vous-même. Si vous avez des questions, tant pis, cherchez vous-même! La chambre (nr 2): HORRIBLE, au rez-de-chaussée coincée entre la réception et la salle des déjeuners, une fenêtre donnant sur l'escalier d'accès à une autre chambre à l'étage. Si bien que les occupants ont vue directe sur le lit et la salle de bain - aucune intimité ! A se demander quel architecte a pu concevoir cela ! Nous avons téléphoné pour obtenir une autre chambre mais pas de solution proposée. Une Wonderbox à 99,99€ perdue ! Déjeuner en supplément à 22€pp x2 - bien trop cher pour l'offre (salle sans charme, sans vue et l'offre de pains et croissants limitée). 144€ pour la pire expérience ! Indigne d'un hôtel ! Je déconseille vivement.

Perfect gelegen hotel. Mooie ruime kamer, zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en prima ontbijt. Binnen 5 minuten loop je op zondag naar de Brocante markt. Het stadje zelf is ook de moeite waard om te bekijken. Op t marktplein veel gezellige terassen.

Heel mooi decor. Heel verzorgd. Fiekfijn in orde. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal.
Vers en lekker Ontbijt. Airco.
Goed verduisterde kamer. Tamekijk rustig en toch centraal gelegen.
Leuk dat er een honesty bar is.
Ik zou het zeker aanbevelen als stadshotel.

Zeer charmant hotel en ideaal gelegen. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Kamer was sfeervol ingericht en netjes, ruime douche en fijn bed. Ontbijt was lekker en er is zeker voldoende keuze. Ook leuk is de kaart van Tongeren die de gastheer heeft laten maken. Aanrader!!

Zeer charmant hotel in het hartje van Tongeren. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het Gallo Romeins Museum. Alles was netjes en de inrichting was zeer smaakvol. Wij boekten een arrangement met een diner in sterrenrestaurant De Mijlpaal. Het restaurant lag ook op wandelafstand van het hotel. Dit was zeer goed geregeld en we hebben er enorm van genoten. Zeker een aanrader. Onze electrische fietsen mochten we kosteloos plaatsen bij hun andere locatie. Het ontbijt was piekfijn in orde en er werden heerlijke eitjes bereid. Als we Tongeren nog eens bezoeken komen we zeker en vast weer terug. Een echte aanrader!

Amazing central location! Right next to the Basilica and Museum. Our hosts are very friendly and it doesn’t feel like a commercial hotel, with a lot of personal attention coming from them throughout our stay. It’s a great base to be at while you explore the surrounding city of Tongeren. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to experience authentic Belgian hospitality.
