越來越差了，住了幾天早飯沒見一個整片的肉，空調晚上不制熱，聯繫服務員和前台無果！逢年過節都回來住，住了好幾年了，今年是最差的！！！

從來沒有碰到過這種酒店，大冬天的中央空調不是全天開的，半夜十二點就關了，下午兩點到五點也沒有，這個時間段房客最好不要出去，因為他們不給你備用房卡，出去就要拔卡，拔卡就斷電。第一天活動到十二點多，空調沒有電，都要把我搞破防了，後來酒店給我拿了一個暖氣，總算好一點了。另外酒店服務員很少，基本沒有服務，隨便住住吧。

前台業務水平低下死板、不懂得變通，定成了雙床房前台不能直接更換成大床房需要取消重新預訂，隨後取消重新定了前台告知我定的大床房房型住不了再清洗地毯？？？你們清洗地毯住不了為什麼還要在平台開放這個房型的窗口呢？定了説住不了這個房型的所有房間再清洗地毯？清洗地毯住不了就不能免費往上升一個房型嗎？前台還一直引導在線下預訂，是因為線下預訂酒店可以節省平台服務費嗎？我沒有線下定所有故意為難？（最後聯繫了平台前台給所謂的領導打了電話才給升級的），這點小事前台都做不了主？更可笑的是好不容易給我開好了房間上去一看是個臟房，房間還沒開始打掃是在玩我嗎？連個道歉都沒有。房間內衹有兩瓶廉價礦泉水（對礦泉水品牌沒惡意）打電話跟前台説需要額外提供一瓶前台告知需要付費（房間內並沒有消費價目表）住過n多酒店第一次遇到服務差衞生差連礦泉水都要收費的酒店！

設施：看酒店配置，應該是銅川市比較高檔的酒店了，房間夠大夠寬敞，洗漱用具一應俱全。
衞生：整體非常乾淨明亮，床單被罩，房間牆壁均一塵不染。
服務：服務員打掃及時，有需求很快就解決了。早餐也挺不錯，在這個價位下，一份吃飽飽的家常早餐已經足夠幸福了！
