前台服務太差了 沒有住過服務態度這麼差的酒店 趕車不小心把房卡拿走了 承諾當天歸還 第一次小孩子帶走充電器已經讓她直接扣款了 這次入住還在説上次的事情，我還是在這個酒店住了半個多月的 這樣的酒店奉勸大家不要來 早餐自助餐就那幾個菜品 難吃得要命

環境不錯 服務中規中矩 房間設施一般 晚上凌晨到店 早上五點多房間開始有噪音 水流聲以及雜音 打電話給前台告知樓上是廚房在做早餐，排房很不合理，房間衞生間還有異味，以上問題 再多次與前台致電溝通都未得到解決，一直到早上八點半左右異響消失 體驗感挺差 作為服務行業 處理投訴也不專業 以下是噪音錄音視頻 各位避雷
