Good = Less expensive than major hotels.
Bad = No closet; Thin bed spread without blanket; Chilly due to no heat control; C-Pac like sound enters via radiator floor trim; rental unit above heard like in a drum; Glad I brought my own pillows.

The room we recieved had baby roaches and full adult roaches in the room. It was purely disgusting! There was a roach trap behind the tv stand and I spoke to the front desk and they denied that the room had roaches. However later said that they have Orkin to come and spray, so they knew they had roaches intheir rooms and stil decided to rent rooms. They lied about a refund at which it took about a week to get clarity on the refund status, we are still awaiting the process. I would not stay at this hotel. There were roaches crawling on the bed. I cant believe it. The hotel also had police outside and people walking around and in the back of the hotel engaging in suspicious behaviour.

The rooms contained bed bugs and when this was broughtt to the workers attention he was disrespectful and denied any service or refund. I did not stay in this hotel due to these conditions

So I just covered an infestation in my room and try reporting it and was greeted with hostility and legitimate rudeness with no possibility for resolution
