Отличный, современный отель в центре Томска. Обслуживание достойное, персонал внимательный и приятный. Номер аккуратно убран, пол чистый, постельное белье тоже. Отдельно хочется сказать о вкусных завтраках, разнообразная еда, для каждого найдется что-то.

Гостиница хорошая. Проживание по стоимости вышло не дорого и завтраки были уже включены. В номере чистота, есть чайник, кружки, чай, в ванной много полотенец и мыло. Сама гостиница красивая и стильная, есть холл где можно посидеть, интернет работает отлично.

Мне посчастливилось остановиться в этом отеле во время деловой поездки, и это было просто великолепно! Уютные номера и удобные рабочие зоны. В отеле есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Также порадовала наличие конференц-зала с современным оборудованием. Обязательно рекомендую коллегам!

На протяжении всех пяти дней, сотрудники всегда нам улыбались и здоровались. Один раз даже обратились к ним за просьбой вызвать такси, они не отказали и с радостью помогли. Сама гостиница красивая как снаружи так и внутри, интерьер стильный. В номере убираются, всегда чистота и красота, есть тапочки, халаты, а ванной комнате фен.

Останавливались в этой замечательной гостинице с женой перед новогодними праздниками. Номера хорошие, разные категории, стоимость адекватная и можно сразу выбрать с завтраком. Сотрудники на протяжении всего времени были любезными и гостеприимными. Еще нравилось расположение гостиницы, все магазины, рестораны в шаговой доступности, поблизости парк постоянно там прогуливались.

Останавливалась на одну ночь в номере стандарт. Все понравилось-чисто, уютно. Удобная большая кровать. В номере есть всё необходимое. Приехала раньше времени заселения , но номер был готов и меня поселили без доплаты, что тоже приятно. Парковка во дворе отеля, проблем с тем , где оставить машину не было.

Отель, в целом, неплохой, расположен в центре, но в тихом месте. Номер одноместный небольшой, окна во двор, вид не очень, но это не проблема. Сначала был жуткий запах моющего вещества, потом он выветрился, уже к вечеру. В номерах очень хорошо слышно, что говорят соседи, это минус. Еще минус - очень тонкие одеяла и очень тонкие (плоские) подушки. Из плюсов - отличный санузел. Напор воды прекрасный, работает вытяжка, все чисто. Завтраки вполне приличные, без изысков, но поесть можно. Яйца, каша, омлет, блины, сырники, разные овощи, сыр, десерты. Минус - практически нет фруктов.
