Average hotel in Tomelloso. I stayed 3 nights on a business trip. The Prince is very low and eventually you get what you pay for: average room with decent cleanliness, very poor breakfast served by one single lady who does her best. I enjoyed the pool just for half an hour, and it was okay.

Whenever we make hotel booking, we always ask for a quiet room. For some reason a family group were given rooms surrounding us and the walls were inadequate at keeping out the sounds of voices, shouting, singing, television, music, phone calls, etc, etc. The shower head/water pressure was without doubt the worst we have ever experienced. Th8s is a 3 Star Hotel and yet here was no cafe or restaurant open and no lounge area to sit in. The outdoor pool was closed and the surrounding patio was dirty and unkept. When we asked to move rooms we were told that the hotel was full and yet the car park was completely empty apart from our car. Also very few guests at breakfast. There was no facility to make coffee in our room. Our choice was either buy the inclusive breakfast (it is made clear only one coffee is included) or be charged for morning coffees. To be honest, there were 'better experience' coffee/breakfast bars nearby. The inclusive breakfast is simple and basic. On the plus side, the undercover parking was fairly convenient, except that it is necessary to telephone reception each time to ask them to open the door. A poor experience, unable to recommend.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Sin embargo, la limpieza del baño era muy escasa. Por otro lado, el colchón era muy incómodo, la cama parecía que en cualquier momento se iba a caer. Muy mejorable..

Solo me alojé una noche, pero me pareció un hotel confortable, moderno y, sobre todo, muy limpio. Es silencioso, lo cual propicia una buena calidad de sueño después de un día entero viajando. El baño es amplio con amenties bien presentadas. En cuanto al desayuno, bien, con un pequeño bufet con bollería, cafés, infusiones, leche, zumo de naranja (industrial) y fiambre. Si tuviera que volver a Tomelloso creo que sería mi primera opción.

Un desastre. Pagas 10€ por un "desayuno imperial", y al final es un zumo y un croissant, algo que si vienes de afuera te cuesta 3,20€. Por 10€ esperaba un desayuno bufet, o al menos, ese desayuno imperial. El hotel limpio y bonito, el resto estaba bien. Pero sientes que se rien en la cara de los clientes.

Éramos clientes fijos de años, pero ante un malentendido con una reserva han demostrado NULA empatía y carecían en la profesionalidad esperada. Está claro que no les interesa fidelizar clientes. Además, ojo al estado de mantenimiento de las habitaciones. No volveremos ni lo recomendamos.

Hotel muy confortable con desayuno y piscina. Todo a buen precio y con buena calidad. Habitaciones completas con todo lo necesario. El colchón y almohada un poco incómodos. Si quieres visitar Tomelloso o estas de paso, es un muy buen sitio para descansar

En la recepcion tardan mucho y la habitacion huele muchisimo a tabaco. No entiendo q la de la limpieza deje una habitacion en este estado. Me cambian la habitacion y no me cambian la llave. Y otra vez a recepcion

Creo que deberian tener un poco más de mantenimiento y es notoria la falta de personal, en el desayuno la misma empleada atiende recepción y comedor, con el consiguiente deterioro en la atención. Por cierto pedimos un café añadido y nos lo cobraron aparte, es la primera vez que me ocurre. El flexo de la ducha esta roto y no se puede colgar. Insisto, mantenimiento y ausencia del suficiente personal
