Holiday Inn Express & Suites HOUSTON NW - TOMBALL AREA by IHG

The front desk lady who greeted me when I checkin was amazing. But they don’t have hair dryer in the room. I have to come down the next morning to get it and the front desk boy didn’t say a word to me or tell me to wait or something :) it’s not a good way to start a day at all 😮💨

Was a great hotel had one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel

Beds were comfortable but too high for short people. Managed by using my step ladder. I asked for a handicapped accessible shower, but didn’t get one so had trouble getting in and out of the shower. I have a knee prosthetic.

Excellent choice for working an event. Room was clean and quite. Bed was comfortable.

There was chewed up gum in the sheets. The lotion dispenser didn’t work. Very dissatisfied.

Clean rooms, easy check in and out, hot breakfast every morning. I will stay here again.

The bed and customer service were adequate, but the outlet on our nightstand didn’t work so phones didn’t charge overnight, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, I tried printing something in their business center but the internet AND printer were down, and there was no breakfast because the county shut down their food operations, and their bagged make-up-meal was a thing of yogurt and a small milk carton. I don’t want a milk carton for breakfast haha

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Our only complaint is we were told there was breakfast but they did not have it running.

No breakfast & never cleaned the room, they expected me to tell them to clean the room everyday, otherwise no towels and clean sheets. There are lot of hotels around. I chose Holiday Inn because of IHG and was more expensive that other hotels. I got unlucky this time.
