Awesome hidden away gem in the middle of Tomball,Tx....great for bussiness travel or the perfect getaway for when you landlord dosent service your ac and it breaks down durring peak summer weather....Ac is cold beds are soft....breakfast will get you running in the morning....and the elevator has a delightful maple syrup smell....love it!

Great location and next the doctors offices. The outside of the place looks like they are improving it. Overall the employees are very happy and friendly. Will stay here again.

We loved the staff, but our room was pretty gross. The pull out sofa was stained and filthy. There was food and garbage under/inside the sofa when we pulled the mattress out. The bathroom floor was sticky as was the carpet. I think this hotel just needs an interior update and deep clean. We also requested a pool view but all we could see was the gazebo and a dumpster. We do feel like we overpaid.

Everyone was fantastic! We stayed here last year when we flooded. Because of the care we received then we returned this time. Jason and his staff are just awesome!

The hotel was over dirty. From the lobby to the breakfast area, to the pool, to the rooms. My room had DRY BLOOD on the pull out sofa cushions. There were also clothes from previous guests shoved into the sofa bed. The carpet of the room felt sticky and I had to wear shoes in the room. The bathroom was atrocious! I had to drive down to the HEB down the road to buy cleaning products bc the bathroom was just so nasty. I also was informed the elevator was down until I checked in, despite calling and requesting an early check it that morning. Very disappointing stay.

room is just not fit for anyone to stay in at this tomball location . couch carpet dirty paint on walls and furniture chipping and handles hanging off and broken one tv unable to even watch bright lights showing through not able to see picture

This hotel has fallen into utter disrepair. There is a lot of damage in need of repair. There appears to be no maintenance person on duty. Common areas and guest rooms are dirty. I saw one housekeeper and there is no way she could handle it alone. She needed help!

Home reconstruction. Was there 4 months after a house fire and our home was reconstructed. We looked in the area that was pet friendly and found this awesome hotel. We were treated like family and the staff couldn't have been any more friendly.
