Good location near airpor, reasonable price and clean room, etc. Only lacking is the shower water pressure.

Near to the airport. Easy to access to nearby restaurant like McDonald's..and a grocery store Xtra.
There is no glass in the room.
Sounds proof system is poor. Can hear people walking around, raining Sounds..water draining from upstairs.
Expensive.

The staff at the reception was welcoming, checking in was speedy. Great location, being next to the airport and nearby shopping complex. Great view from the lobby, and the room (I had a sea view room). Unfortunately, no luck with the Northern Lights!

Very near to Tromso Airport. We arrived on 31.12.2024 night. Our baggage was delayed by more than 1.5 hour. By the time we got out from airport, there was a long queue at the taxi stand. So we decided to walk. Walking ~20 minutes (1.6km).
Upon our arrival, one hour before countdown. The hotel staffs were very busy. One of them came to check us in. She was very friendly and kind. She gave us the room overlooking the sea and airport.
Bus 28 (50m away) straight to the town.
The only downside is the bed and pillow. They are too firm.
Overall we are happy with our stay.

Place was really conveniently located near to city area and the airport, facilities were really new. Reception area provided a bird’s eye view of the city scenery. However, note that the room size is on the smaller side if you are planning to stay with kids. Smart TV that can be use to screen Netflix. Cons as mentioned by the other reviews, there is no kettle to boil hot water (need to head to reception floor for hot water) and no toiletries provided. Other than that, generally good stay for tromso unless you intend to make home cook meals.

The hotel location is good, near to airport and bus terminal. The room size is spacious and comfortable to stay. During peak season, you might need to wake up a little earlier in the morning for more breakfast options.
