20 minutes before check-in, I could hear the loud laughter and conversation of a female staff member from behind the front desk. I wish they would be considerate of the fact that there were guests in front of the front desk. Also, the staff were chatting for a long time, and guests who had been staying multiple nights returned one after another, so there was no staff in front of the front desk to deal with them.
Also, the walls and floors in the room were stained and unclean.
The walls were thin, so I could hear the sounds of the toilet and people talking.

aside from the location , I have no complains .. the price is really good and also the place isn't that bad. there's a variety of restaurants around and if you're not into crowd busy place this place is perfect for you,
the location for us is a bit far because most of our business was held on sapporo and niseko.

It was a comfortable stay and the service was very good. The room is a bit small, so it may be inconvenient for those with large luggage.

This Hotel is not fair! I request to modify or cancel the booking because i did not make it to Japan due due Denied by immigration. No reply in the email provided. No.feedbacks to.the customer.Literally this Hotel is only accepting money and no consideration to customers. it is really not recommended at all .. its a waste of money where i didnt check in the hotel. It so sad for me to spend 8 days of booking without using it and not allowed to modify it. ****! im so very disappointed.
