This hotel is simply the White Moonlight Hotel in Hokkaido. I have experienced the good service in Japan many times, but this time the service was amazing. The service staff was very polite. We wanted to book a bus from the airport to the hotel because of a change in our schedule, and it was also arranged. Check-in and meals were all great. The front desk guy also spoke good English and responded to any needs. In the end, he helped us call a taxi to the JR station and bowed to send us off. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel. The shop staff are very nice and polite. And there are Chinese-speaking staff, which makes the check-in and accommodation experience more convenient!
