Very nice and friendly staff. Room was clean, vent fan in bathroom didn't work so our room was very humid. Good breakfast.

Once again my main #1 reason for me to come back to Cranberry Lodge is for my fondness of the hotel staff. My Past stays here have been only because how the employees help this overpriced and outdated and ridiculous rates on ropms

Booked a suite for our wedding anniversary which was right across from a conference room. Had to call the desk around midnight to request conference room shut the door due to noise as it was open all day and night. Futon was in need of upholstery as it had tears on surface, also door handle on the refrigerator was so filthy we put a towel around it. The t.v. stand was also in a state of coming apart. Oh yeah and the view of the roof from our suite priceless. You will get better accommodations elsewhere peeps.

Only complaint is the breakfast. A lot of good options but the hot food wasn’t great. We got sausages that were still frozen in the middle. Biscuits were hard as rocks… etc otherwise our stay went very smoothly it was clean and the water park was great besides the fact that the kids pool was way colder than the big pool which I think is odd BUT my kids didn’t care. We would definitely go back!

I really liked the water area of this property. It's unique and much larger than a standard hotel pool. Great value for the price and a great breakfast buffet too! We will definitely be back!
