Overall, it was an average hotel.
However, when I first checked in, the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude. She was chewing gum, had no smile on her face and looked angry, so I didn't feel very welcome.

El personal de recepción es poco amable y requiere una capacitación básica en atención al cliente. No establecen contacto visual y actúan como si le hicieran un favor a los huéspedes, mostrando una total falta de actitud de servicio. El lugar es muy ruidoso, ya que realizan trabajos de mantenimiento a horas inadecuadas (como a las 7 de la mañana). Al reportarlo, me dijeron que el ruido provenía de la bomba de agua y que no podían hacer nada al respecto, pero durante el desayuno vimos a los trabajadores.

El hotel está bien por el precio; es agradable y el desayuno está rico, además de estar en una dirección apropiada. En mi caso, mi habitación no contaba con conexiones trifásicas para conectar mi computadora a la electricidad, por lo que tuve que ingeniármelas para poder conectarlo. Por otro lado mi habitación no contaba con shampoo, al solicitarlo en recepción me comentaron que no me lo podían proporcionar por ser tarde. (Eso ocurrió a las 8 de la noche).

Me gustó, son muy atentos todos, desde el check inn la habitación muy limpia y huele muy agradable
El desayuno rico y suficiente, solo un detalle mi habitación fue la 309, pero estaba algo caliente, tal vez x que le daba el sol todo el día, y no hay aire acondicionado, fuera de eso todo muy bien, voy a regresar aqui, siempre que vaya a toluca.

Mi peor experiencia en hoteles de toluca, comparando precio con otros hoteles incluso más económicos, son mejores incluso los moteles de la zona, el hotel ya es viejo la habitación es muy pequeña, calurosa, no tienen aire acondicionado ni siquiera un ventilador, la regadera cada que se usa hace un ruido muy fuerte y molesto, incluso si utilizan la regadera de los cuartos cercanos se escuchaba fuerte en mi cuarto,el hotel es muy ruidoso, el desayuno incluye pan blanco duro y un café que sabe muy feo, necesitan remodelar y renovar urgente, es un lugar al que no regresaría
