Excelente en todos los sentidos: precioso, limpio, ubicación inmejorable y comida deliciosa. Estuve allí cinco días por trabajo, es verdad que resulta un poco incómodo tener que llamar para que te abran por la noche, pero lo hacen de inmediato. Quizás habría que adelantar la hora del desayuno, que es a partir de las 8:30 y la wifi que no llega bien a alguna habitación (Petunia). Un único detalle que me desagradó: el día que me iba la señorita de recepción me dijo que podía dejar la habitación a las 13:00 (no había exceso de ocupación) sin embargo la persona que estaba cuando salí por la mañana me hizo sacar la maleta a las 11:00. Una pena cuando todo había ido perfecto

This is a beautiful property with very thought out details in each room. Breakfast is included which was excellent. Ask for the Oreo Concha as your first course! Short walk to the Botanical Garden, Planetarium, historical churches, the Palacio and cooperative artesanía mercado. It is situated off a busy street so expect lots of movement and action. Staff are super friendly and welcoming most especially housekeeping. Highly recommend. We’ll be returning soon!

The hotel is beautiful! Clean rooms and really liked the restaurant! My only complaint would be the young man working at the valet: the entire time we walked in and out he was always on the phone. He never directed us where the reception was, helped with bags, or even opened the doors. It is not a good look for hotel, that is the first thing guests will see when arriving to the hotel.
