El hotel está alejado del centro y dependes siempre del taxi.
El personal se ve algo inexperto y aunque le pone empeño se nota la falta de experiencia.
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y nada ruidosas.
La piscina es muy agradable y en general es un hotel que aunque no está en el centro merece la pena visitar.

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

Mooie lobby en kamer, echter de service is ronduit slecht te noemen. Het begint al bij het inchecken, onaardig en chagrijnig personeel bij ontvangst. Hadden beter een baan kunnen zoeken waar ze het wel naar hun zin hadden. Dan was het ontvangst wellicht wel aangenaam geweest. Moeten 20 minuten wachten om onze kamer sleutels wachten, moesten naast onze creditcard acceptatie ook direct betalen voor onze twee nachten. Dan maken moet je ook nog bijbetalen voor zwembad gebruik ad 30 euro per persoon. Ter verduidelijking een kamer hier in dit "vijf sterren" hotel kost 250 euro per nacht per kamer. Na hierover verduidelijking te hebben gevraagd is er geen enkel gehoor noch begrip dat wij dit zeer merkwaardig vinden. Kortom wil je naar Toledo en wil je een vijfsterrenhotel met daarbij de normale vijfsterren service, moet je hier niet naartoe gaan. Wij wensen de mensen die dit hotel geboekt hebben na het lezen van deze recensie veel succes en sterkte.

Easy to find, great car parking, more than helpful and friendly staff, fantastic room, whilst the restaurant was closed the bar menu, food and service were great, so all in all a great place to stay. Would recommend without any hesitation. Oh, and Toledo is also a great place to visit.
