In June we had a family wedding here for approx 130 guests and we also took over all of the rooms in the hotel for 3 nights. The overall experience was superb, in particular the staff were exceptional and couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. The wedding team headed by Marina were ever present yet unobtrusive and accommodating to whatever was required. As we had all the rooms in the hotel I can confirm that they are all exceptionally comfortable and perfectly finished to meet anyone's needs. The food was amazing with delicious breakfasts every morning plus super menus for the two days of events ie the wedding dinner and a BBQ on day 2. While no ne can control the weather, the staff and team managed to deal with the biggest downpour and thunderstorm that the area had seen in living memory and while the lights went out in the city of Toledo the hotel stayed fully lit and on full party mode. I could talk at length at the overall exceptional levels of service and comfort but feel free to send me any specific queries. Would highly recommend for a stay or if planning a wonderful event.

Staff is absolutely amazing and attentive. Breakfast was good, pool food and drinks were good as well. Rooms are beautiful. Wedding we attended was beautifully managed, spectacular view from the hill. only about 12 euros to taxi to town.

Estuvimos por una cena con la empresa, unas 120 personas. Sólo puedo comentar restauración y el espacio exterior: empezando por esto último, las vistas de Toledo son espectaculares. Y el sitio está muy bien cuidado con un parking amplio, zona ajardinada, fuente/piscina. La comida muy bien presentada, rica, buena calidad. El servicio atento y rápido. Con ganas de probar más y pasar algún día en sus habitaciones

Reservamos una habitación Garden y hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia por la comodidad y tranquilidad de la misma. Desayuno muy agradable, en el que el café es “de verdad “ , bollería exquisita, el zumo de naranja natural…La atención y el entorno también destacables.

I have not stop thinking about this incredible vacation! I recently visited over New Year’s Eve for a wedding. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely welcoming. They were very friendly and went above and beyond for each of there guests. The grounds are stunning. You are able to see all of Toledo from the look out. So many different spaces to celebrate. Every room had a picture perfect view! Everything was clean and all the amenities you needed. The rain shower was the most relaxing:) I was blown away by the food! So many creative and delicious options. The wine was local which I thought was really special. The Nespresso so machine might have been my favorite part anytime of the day! We were nervous about traveling during this time, but once we arrived we felt completely safe! All the staff wore masks and many of there beautiful event spaces were out doors. It truly was the most incredible trip and wedding I have ever been too. cannot wait to go back!

Just visited this stunning venue for a wedding on New Years Eve. Everything was so meticulously planned and ran smoothly. The staff were exceptional, the decorations and ambiance spot on, and the accommodations impecable. Highly recommend this boutique beauty!

Приехали с детьми отпраздновать день рождения мужа🥳 начнем с плюсов) Отель с огромной территорией, очень красиво. Ресепшен и персонал на высоте! Завтрак достойный но не ждите изысков! Стандартный завтрак как в любом другом отеле ! Мы жили в самом дорогом номере из представленных в отеле, категория Вилла, это был подарок мужу, поэтому хотелось чтобы все было идеально! Но… при бронирование номера цена за дополнительную кровать немного повергла в шок, 100€ , я понимаю если это было бы цена за взрослого, но это цена за ребенка 5 лет! 25 € за кроватку для грудного ребенка. Когда мы зашли в номер кроватки уже были установлены, но в номере был ужасный холод, причём мы бронировали за сутки и персонал знал что мы едим с детьми, могли бы заранее все проверить и включить ! Как оказалось кондиционер не работает! Пульт от телевизора не работает, свет периодически выключался( карта от номера была вставлена) ! Мне искренне жаль парня с рецепции который раза 3 бегал к нам в номер чтобы починить то или другое… так как в номере было очень холодно грудной ребенок спал с нами, мы переживали что ребенок замерзнет, так как кроватка-манеж которую принесли спальное место практически касалось пола! Мужа поздравил отель кексом со свечкой, который ждал в номере. Очень жаль что не работал ресторан! Честно говоря смешные чувства остались после пребывания в этом отеле… Вернёмся ли мы? Не уверена! А если и вернёмся то возьмем самый простой номер! Так как ожидания не оправдались!!!! Руководству отеля рекомендую проверять номера на исправность!
