The hotel is just behind a hotel I stayed at previously (Shinjuku Washington Hotel) so Keio Presso Inn Shinjuku was a good choice: costs less but just as convenient - about a 5 minute walk from the Airport Bus Limousine pick up point. Quiet neighborhood. The room was a little wider than your typical Japanese hotel room: with a (firm) bed, one pillow, work desk and enough room for luggage. The cleaning policy was practical: fresh towels everyday, and a room clean after 2 or 3 nights stay. Everything worked: hot water, wifi, TV (no English channels though). Front desk staff were helpful. There is a Lawson store on ground floor of the building - so very convenient. No drinking water bottle in the room provided, but the tap water is marked ”good to drink.” There are convenience facilities on the 5F (ice machine, microwave, washing machine, vending machine). Value for money. I'd definitely stay there again.

Located not at the heart of shinjuku but it is near the godzilla head gracery hotel .there are lots of resto around and conveniece store and donki to shop. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected check in time if incase you wish to check in earlier they will charge 1000 ¥ per hour . The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful .We had a room upgrade to get a bigger room size with a japanese room type. The room is clean and bathroom size is also big considering standard room size in japan are really small. They provide free water at the lobby of the hotel and free welcome drink upon check in. Toiletries like toothbrush, green tea sachet , coffee in sachet, sugar and creamer and hair ties are all available at the lobby which we freely got our own supplies in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel . The hotel is vey secure and ensure the safety of their guest specially in off hours.I would definitely recommend this hotel
The hotel was good for value and we enjoyed that it was away from standard tourist hot spots. The staff were excellent with great service, particularly one reception staff member named Sherpa who was so helpful and kind. Would stay here again for a budget conscious tourist who likes the hotel to still be clean and meet needs.

Well located hotel near Shinjuku gyoen. Although the room is small, it has everything one would need. Love that the air-conditioner can be switched from cold to hot and vice versa, and the fridge in the room is great for storing food like cakes. 2 downsides - noisy as it is in a bar area; but they provide free earplugs so that's great. Second, room I booked was pricey, perhaps v last minute. I miss the hotel's lonestar days, when prices were significantly cheaper. But well everyone wants to go to Tokyo.

The room is clean but smaller than what I expected as I booked a Residential double room. The washing machine is a big help the reason being I booked this hotel. Not walkable to Shinjuko as it's located a bit out of the city but easy access to the train line. WARNING!!! They have pay per view PORN movies in the room and it's disappointing (unless you want to watch porn of course), TV is old school. DON'T book breakfast packages, they have no restaurant unless you are happy to eat frozen salmon and cook your own rice or microwave frozen bread.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and it was very good choice. Hotel located not far from mrt station, and 10 min from bus stop. While rooms are pretty small, it has all required amenities. Only thing to note, that if you would need to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out it is not possible, which were surprising to me, but early check-in option available and pretty affordable. Overall, good option if you are staying alone.

Hotel room has enough room for a single big luggage and some walking space. Accessible location as Limo bus stop directly at old hotel. Only complaint is the high step to go in and out of the toilet. Pretty far to walk to the train station. Overall staff is helpful and hotel has self-service washing machines available.

The location is phenomenal. Having a washer & dryer + hanging space for clothes that cannot be tumble dried. Rooms are small, but nothing we’d ever complain about; it’s Tokyo! We came from a King bed at home to a semi-double and were cosy but fine for sleeping. We had 2x 150cm + carryon duffle / back pack and we made it work. Go into any Tokyo place knowing it’ll be tighter than you’re used to and it’ll be fine.
We paid for breakfast, but it was a bit average. Lots of options but they didn’t compare to nearby food places, which are EVERYWHERE. you’re close to shopping, food, rail and subway stations.
Staff are fantastic. They helped us send our luggage ahead to Kyoto and it was a really smooth process. Every question we had, staff were helpful and we used translators with staff who didn’t know English.

The hotel is budget friendly and near Haneda Airport, near Keikyuu line station. It's my first time using a projector in room instead of TV so quite cool experience.
Minus : the room key code is 10 digit so a bit troublesome
Minus : need your own account to watch netflix etc, no tv programmes except youtube.

Excellent place. Small room but superbly clean. Adequate for one person. Near to convenient store.
Halal food is quite far.. nearest is Saray kebab, which is about 15 minutes walk. Grill hunter is also available, further away from Shinjuku train station.
Convenient to walk to this Inn from Shinjuku train station..takes about 12 minutes (exit via west wing)
GGloriaI highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish.
Attached a few photos for your reference.
BBrayan WongAfter a long trip. Checking-in is a bit of a hassle, why do we have to pay the same amount we paid when I booked it? Just to authorised my reservation? They could just get the credit number I used or passport number!
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, clean and quiet, the only drawback is that it is a bit far from the subway. It was a bit troublesome to check in for the first time. The hotel was slow to send the entry number. We had to wait for an hour, but the environment was really good.
GGuest UserI stayed at the reliable Toyoko Inn 😊
The service and the staff's attitude were all great 😊
The cleanliness was also as expected 👏😊💕
I had a comfortable stay and slept well 😪
Thank you 😊
I stayed in a smoking room, but I was glad that there was deodorizing spray in the room 😊
GGuest User5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)
JJackyWong22The hotel is overall quite clean and the rooms are well maintained. However, I noticed that some facilities are relatively old and may need updating or maintenance. However, the most satisfying thing for me is that there is no smoke smell in the entire hotel, which is a big plus for non-smokers. I hope the hotel can further improve its facilities and provide a better stay experience.
