Great hotel location and service. Rooms are very small but serviceable. New environmental cleaning routine means no room clean until your fourth night so no more amenities either. Not great in such a tiny space where towels didn’t dry properly.

My room is clean and quiet. The FOH are welcoming and the location of the hotel is only a short walking distance to Shinagawa station. Overall, I’m happy with my stay as it is very convenient to travel around Tokyo and to the airports.
There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel.
Very nice hotel located around an 8 min walk from Daimon, JR Hamamatsucho Station (which is the terminus of the Monorail from Haneda Airport), and Shiodome Station.
Room size isn’t too big but this is Tokyo. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet. I will say that the Japanese options like udon, ramen and the rice with soup were tastier than the Western options. The make-your-own croffle was my favourite part.

Another very good stay at Shinagawa Prince Hotel!
Location: very convenient as it’s just by the station and even if it’s raining we can go to few shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and seven eleven!
Room: very small but we had everything we need for our stay. Comfortable bed to sleep. This time our room was the opposite side of the station so it was quieter and great night view from windows.
Amenities: Good amenities especially we love body wash towel. Only request was that if they could prepare not only Green tea but also black tea that would be lovely.
It’s always full of tourists at the hotel
When we were staying we could hear voice of next room which was quite noisy and they were chatting quite late with loud voice so this was the only disappointment that we experienced this time.
Located in Shiba Park with an unblocked view of the iconic Tokyo Tower, this hotel offers a fabulous experience to me. I could easily walk to the Senso Ji temple next to the hotel and have free shuttle to JR station (although it is within 7-10 minutes walk).
Excellent hotel in the heart of the Ginza area! Very beautiful huge building, wonderful interior, the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay: vending machines, iron, hair dryer, the rooms are clean, beautiful, cozy. Excellent cosmetics, pajamas, smart toilets. We rested with a company of 7 people in different rooms and in all rooms there was enough space to open all the suitcases and pack your things. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is very close to the metro, attractions and all the shops and restaurants! Good breakfasts! Also, the price of the hotel includes bar services in the evenings - you can drink unlimited alcohol and eat snacks in the lobby bar! Thank you very much!

Hotel is located some walking distance away from the Tamachi JR Station. Buffet breakfast was the same everyday with limited choice but food quality is still good.
There are also 3 numbers of self service laundry machine and vending machine.
There is also pharmacy and restaurant nearby.
Room size was OK but if you have bigger luggage... opening it might be tight. There is no cleaning of the room except towel change and rubbish removal unless you make a request at the front desk.
During my stay the air con had a mild functioning and they insisted to fix the air con first instead of changing my room immediately but they did change my room when they couldn't fix the air con that day.
Overall it was still a good stay.
Really lovely hotel. Really conveniently located between two metro stations. If you go out on the 3rd floor you can walk to Shimbashi station on the skywalks. On the B2 floor there is a family mart. Staff were really lovely and accommodating. The lobby view is stunning and I really enjoyed sitting there with my coffee in the morning or with a class of wine at night.
The hotel room was cosy, the bathroom toiletries offered were amazing. Even had a little skincare kit! Was nice to have some tea and coffee in the room too. I didn’t have a window facing the Tokyo tower but I still enjoyed my view of the train stations. You can hear the trains go by but it isn’t very loud and wasn’t an inconvenience at all.
Highly recommend this hotel!

Location is perfect for business travellers coming to Tokyo from Haneda airport. Staying at the N Tower, breakfast was provided at the Business Lounge area and it is also a great place to have business meetings / discussions at level 17.

CChanSpace is a bit tight considering a room that has a large size laundry machine, but I ended up putting the chair into the closet to make space for my luggage in the room. The AC/ heater unit and laundry machine are very good quality to ensure a comfy stay. Shower room with separate bathtub is a good size while toilet and sink area is a little smaller, but still the overall room is comfy. Kitchen area is good for easy meals. I just needed to boil some veggies and cut some fruit and the kitchen ware is really good. I would stay in this place again but Minato is a bit on the pricier side for food and beverage options, but also the hotel is very close to subway station. Gym was tiny but has the very basic treadmill, bike, elliptical for cardio and 2 yoga mats w a set of dumbbells.

GGuest UserGreat for Adventurous Travelers, But Not Ideal for Families
I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a few honest thoughts to help fellow travelers:
The rooms are very small, especially if you’re traveling as a couple or with family. They’re more suitable for solo adventurers or backpackers who only need a place to sleep and shower. The bathrooms are also very tight, which might be inconvenient for some.
There was a strange smell in the room that I couldn’t quite identify — not overwhelming, but definitely unusual.
On the positive side, the view from the rooms is brilliant, and the staff are truly amazing — especially the reception team. Their hospitality and friendliness really elevate the experience. The hotel also offers a space for laundry, which is a great plus for long-term travelers.
Important note: if you leave your room after 2 PM, it won’t be cleaned that day, so keep that in mind when planning your outings.
In conclusion:
• If you’re a solo traveler or with one friend, packing light (1–2 bags max) and mostly out exploring, this hotel is a great fit.
• If you’re traveling as a family or looking for comfort and space, this may not be the right choice.
GGuest UserThe pictures don’t do this place justice. Amazing accommodations and bigger than we thought it would be. Great location and very close to a subway station, Tokyo Tower, TeamLab. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
JJinhua ShiIt was raining in Tokyo on the day of check-in. We walked from Shinbashi Station to the hotel to check in. The front desk saw that we were soaked and offered us a towel. It felt very warm.
The hotel facilities are relatively new. From the WiFi password, it seems that the hotel was built in 2016. The bar on the same floor as the front desk has good drinks. The business hours are 06:00-22:00. Each guest has a credit for drinking. You can taste sake and wine in the bar. The business hours are 17:00-22:00.
I gave 4 points for hygiene and service because there was a lot of dust in the room. It needs to be improved, but many hotels in Tokyo have been like this recently. I don’t know if it is a common problem; the service is generally very good, and there is also a front desk who can speak Chinese. The only difference is that on the last day of check-out, a Japanese female front desk spoke very stiffly and felt a little worse.
JJessicaThe hotel is very old, and the bathtub and toilet have some issues like chock and wayer flood during our stays there. We avoided soak in the bathtub and stand shower in the bathtub instead. The toilet also needs to be held the flash button to 30 seconds to make sure completely flashed else will flow back into the bowl.
The hotel sign is hiding and it is difficult to find the hotel at night time arrive there.
GGuest UserThey were so kind, supportive for everything!
Kenji at reception was really kind.
Breakfast has some vegies, cheese, fruits. It was small but really cozy. Want to visit here again ☺️
