The hotel located next to JR station, really convenient to reach ginza, shibuya, shinjuku, ebisu, etc. Hotel staffs are really nice and the room is spacious and clean. Amenities could be collected at the front desks; convenient stores around, definitely worth the price for staying!

Was There for My Daughter have to god Exem in University Near By .Very convenient near JR station Under have a big supermarket. 7/11 Lawson & Family Mart all in 100 meter from hotel.Simple Abf as a Normal Business Hotel in Japan.Nothing Special. Room in big as JAPAN standard but Clean.But What i do not Like about this hotel is we can adjust Temperature of Aircon. Since it still winter time.But in room is a very Hot from heater and you can open the window.So i can not sleep.Untel 24.00 PM then I open the door of my room an sleep for that night Also the 2 night I do open the door an I can sleep.Since in japan is safe i can open the door an got sleep.Better then Died in the night with very hot Heat.The bed sheet was a bit dirty in the first Night Also.wifi is weak in the room.Hotel have. nice view of a canal.Or an thay have a very cold beer in the morning.

Location: Fantastic. This hotel entrance is located right in front of the Asakusa line metro(Stairs only) The JR station is a few minutes away from the hotel. There are many food options nearby and a 7-11 is right next to the hotel. Service: The counter staff are great and there is light housekeeping (change of towels and clearing of trash) Amenities: There are amenities like brushes and etc at the front desk. There is also a hot water/ coffee dispenser in the lobby. There is a separate ice machine as well.

The room is very small, only one suitcase can be placed. But it has all the necessary functions and services. Tokyo hotels during the May Day holiday are really too expensive, and the premium is very serious. You can pick up toiletries on the first floor of the hotel. There is a laundry room on the first floor, which feels great to use, and it only costs 600 yen each time. The washing and drying machines are all integrated, and clean clothes can be obtained in 2 hours. It is very convenient to live in Gotanda. It is convenient to go to Haneda Airport, Shinjuku, Shibuya Asakusa, and other places. There are Toei Asakusa Line and JR Yamanote Line to choose from. There is a large supermarket near the subway station, where you can buy a lot of things. There are many small restaurants around, all of which are great. I ate at the nearby fried pork cutlet restaurant, ramen restaurant, and Okonomiyaki restaurant during the few days I stayed there, and they were all great.

Very convenient location only walk 2mins to the JR station. The room is quite small but i am okay with that. I have 3 24” luggage and 1 cabin size with me. All can fit in the room. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. They also have luggage transfer services by Yamato at their reception. All is good and very smooth journey staying here.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay at VIA INN SHINAGAWA OIMACHI JR-WEST GROUP I stayed at Via Inn Hotel for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room, though compact, was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The location is a major highlight, just a short walk from OIMACHI station, making it easy to explore Tokyo and beyond. The area is filled with restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes, so I never had to go far for meals or essentials. I highly recommend Via Inn Hotel for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service—I’d gladly stay here again!

The room is not big, but it has everything you need, except that the window cannot be opened and there is a street outside. However, for solo travelers, the transportation location is convenient. If you need to catch a flight at Haneda Airport the next morning, this place is economical and affordable. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets next door, which is very convenient!

Although I checked in late, I was accommodated politely. I liked that the indoor wear was separate for the top and bottom. The room was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable, except for the fact that the doorknob on the door to the bathroom was hard to turn, which made it difficult to open. The breakfast was also delicious. If I were to be greedy, I would have liked a blanket to be provided as my feet were very cold.

Great hotel in a great location. You can walk to both JR and tokyo metro within 10 minutes. The area around the hotel is full of convenient stores, restaurant, and supermarket. There is also a Donki mall nearby as well. Even though the room is a bit small but it is compact and comfy. Microwave and chopsticks are available in the lobby. You can also lend a variety of items from the lobby too. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after you checked out. Overall great experience staying here!

The room is of normal size, there is a hot spring on the 9th floor, with outdoor and indoor hot spring pools, and parking lot which requires reservation, JPY1500, one payment, you can enter and exit the parking lot multiple times. There is Aeon nearby, which closes at 10pm. You can walk there or drive there by car. A few blocks further, you will find restaurants such as Ramen, McDonald's, and 7-11.
