Great stay! Amazing service and great location. It’s close enough to the bustling areas but also far enough so you can get a good nights sleep from the noise

Great hotel! Bed was very comfortable, bathrooms very clean and have Dyson hair dryers, free beer for a hour everyday in the afternoon. Walking distance to shibuya crossing and station.
Only bad thing I can say is that the room was very very small. Had to open our suitcases on the bed as the floor space was non existent.
Nice little hotel two quick stops away from Shinjuku. Good location, close to the station and konbini. Rooms are clean but a tight squeeze. If you are travelling in a couple, you'll need good flexibility and communication to navigate the room + luggage + shopping bags test each day. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and out is easy.

About 3 minutes from the subway station.
It's quiet and there are many convenience stores nearby.
There are two or three restaurants that Google introduces.
It's easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but Ginza and Tokyo Station are a bit far.
The room is very small and the bed is just like a 3-star hotel.
The bathroom is very small,
but there is a large bath on the 2nd floor, so I take a half-body bath for about 15 minutes every day, and my fatigue is relieved and I feel better. This is the most satisfying point.
There was some dust in the corners, but the bedding is clean.
They also change the towels every day.
The Korean guide information is well provided.

Good location that is nearby to Shibuya train station with direct access to Narita Airport.
Room surprising quite spacious compare to other room size for hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel even has umbrella that we can borrow which is a nice touch.
The only minus point for this Hotel is that we need to go up some stairs to reach the lobby. Can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggages.

Hotel was conveniently located near Shibuya though there was a hill so if you carry lots of luggage, best to take a local bus, directly from Shibuya Station. It was quite hard to navigate at first since you need to walk on the sky bridge in order to reach the hotel from Shibuya. 711 was right in front of the road that led to the hotel so no worries about food options. The hotel was clean, everything was easy to understand. 3 showers, a luggage space that has locks so you can store your big luggage. The locker room was quite small. Toilet was clean too. They won't keep your luggage after check out, but there were lots of lockers at Shibuya Station so just take your luggage and store at the station for peace of mind (900 yen for 24 hours I think). They also provided hygiene products too. Staffs don't know English, check out and in was easy. They provided all detail infromation so you can read by yourself.

Walked in with no reservations (booked online there in the lobby) and they allowed us to do an early check in. Super nice and helpful staff. The room was all we needed, comfortable bed, nice shower. 2 bottles of water was in the fridge. Location was close to all the shopping and easy to walk to. Also easy to get to for tourist spots.

Clean and simple.
I was in Shibuya for work, this hotel served as a base for about a week.
It's a few minutes walk from the Shibuya Station south exit but still pretty manageable, I love how it's situated a bit outside of the bustling area and on the back street so the nights are quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is ok, amenities can be picked up from the lobby. Staff are minimal with only a few at the front desk but they are very friendly and helpful.
In room washing machine is magnificent, I can put my clothes in in the morning, set a timer and come back to fresh laundry, perfect for longer stays.
Might not recommend for family with kids as the walking distance from the city center can be a bit far.
It was a very clean and nice place to stay.
The price was also reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area, which was very helpful!
There were shopping streets and residences nearby, making it a relaxing place to live.
There was a relaxing atmosphere that felt like home, and I was able to take a good rest!
Everything was done using a smartphone, and it was easy to understand and operate!

GGuest UserVery quiet, the room is also very big, 16 minutes from Shinjuku subway station, 6 or 7 minutes from Yoyogi, there are many food around, it is quite convenient, very satisfied, but you have to check in by yourself, there is no cleaning during the period, you have to keep it yourself
GGuest UserThe location is really good! very convenient and near subway station.
A little small but for the price, it is perfect.
The check-in needs to be done in advance if you don't want to have some delays getting in the room.
There is no front desk, so the communication is through email. But that was also little fast.
A lot of food options around and in the area.
Cleanliness could be better.
GGuest UserThis hotel was lovely! The location is about 7~10min walking distance from Shibuya Station. A bit of a climbing walk so it felt longer with a luggage and a back pack but not bad at all! The carpet floor of my room wasn't so clean and I wished there were slippers available inside the room but other than that the beddings, towels, public bath, and the capsule rooms were kept very clean. There is a fan inside each room so that really helped to keep the air circulating. The only inconvenience I experienced were the noise, absence of the reception staffs, and the shower. The ppl in my room were generally quiet but you can basically hear every movement. There was a girl who had her alarm ring at 5am and didnt wake up till 5:40.. kept pressing snooze every 10min then 5min, then at 2min interval.. Woke everyone up.. so expect these things to happen. The front desk staffs weren't available for most of the time (there was no one at the reception for the most part other than the time I checked in) but the cleaning staff was so kind and helpful when I needed her assistant. Thank you!🙏🏻 The hot water tab was out of order in one of the shower booths so at peak bath hours some ppl had to wait for their turn. Anyhow, I went there in the winter and the room was warm and cozy! Oh and loved the Yukata! Would def revisit :)
GGuest UserLyf shibuya is located just opposite Parco, a hip and high-end shopping mall. While it's some distance from Shibuya station from a train-at-your-doorstep perspective, there are plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby and from there you can practically walk to Daikanyama, Harajuku or Aoyama.
I didn't use any of the amemities but some may like the gym and washer/dryer units there.
I joined as a hotel member and got one free breakfast, which was a nice selection and tasty one.
Picking Lyf the second time as I like its decor after staying at the Ginza one. The staff are generally young and wear a happy face. The hotel just has an upbeat vibe.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and close to the subway station, which is very convenient. The service provider is very considerate and will clearly organize the entire check-in process and send it to the customer.
GGuest UserThe environment is OK, it is two floors, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to Shibuya. One thing I have to complain about is that his door is ugly. He was locked outside for more than an hour. Later, he sent an email to customer service to enter. There was no quick solution, and finally someone else helped open the door and took us in
