The hotel's location is excellent, right near Ginza, making it convenient to get anywhere. Subway stations are just a short walk in every direction. I stayed at this hotel for my entire three-day trip to Tokyo. The rooms are admittedly quite small; it would be impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously. However, that's often the case with Japanese hotels, and for this price and location, it's already quite good. The hotel building is quite tall, but the lobby and check-in area aren't particularly spacious. There's a restaurant downstairs, but I didn't try it, as there were countless delicious eateries in the vicinity. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the service was good overall.

I give 3 points in Service because of my experience with front desk.
When I checked in about 12:40 pm on 15 Aug, the girl cheated me on hotel policy, I got to know I was cheated because the next day when I asked the same, a gentelman in front desk show me a printed paper which shows the offical policy. ”3” is for the girl who lied, not the honest gentleman.

The hotel is located in a great location, but the room is very small. I stayed there alone for one night. The bed was very comfortable and I fell asleep as soon as I lay down.

No turn-down service if you stay less than 7N, otherwise pay upon request.
No bottled water
Request clothes hanger will need to collect by ourselves at the front desk
No advance notification means you will not get any towels change and collection of the trash
Hotel for budget and good location, otherwise you better to choose others options nearby which not much difference on prices and better services

The location of Fresh Inn is fantastic—just a minute away from the shopping mall and around a 4 to 5-minute walk to Ginza Metro Station. It takes about 6 to 7 minutes to walk to Ginza Sta., which is located downstairs of the mall near the 3 Coins store. From there, you can reach Narita Airport in 75 minutes.
The staff at the hotel are nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes are speedy. You can even do self-checkout when you leave, which takes only about 30 seconds. Additionally, you can leave your baggage at the hotel; although they don’t have a concierge, the front desk staff will assist you.
The room itself is small, but it is quite spacious for Tokyo, especially in Ginza. I was able to open my 29-inch suitcase easily. However, the room is quite old, and the restroom is especially outdated, featuring a bathtub with a shower curtain. The walls are plastic, which felt a bit odd to me. The bed is a double bed with very thin pillows and a hard mattress, making it difficult for me to fall asleep on my first night, even after a long day of travel. I brought my own bedding sheet, but I still developed some skin rashes during my stay, possibly due to the carpet or the towels—I’m not sure. There’s nothing inside the room, and you need to go to the second floor to get toiletries like shampoo, masks, tea bags, etc. They do provide filtered water, so there are no bottled waters in the room. Cleaning is done every three days unless you request maid service.
I have been assigned to a higher floor, specifically the 8th floor of the 9-level hotel, which made me happy. However, since I traveled alone as a female, being placed in a connected room made me feel a bit insecure and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor, where the hotel's only restaurant is located. You have three options every day: shabu shabu, tofu shabu shabu, and a Western-style breakfast that includes pancakes, sausage, and eggs. These options don’t change, so if you plan to stay for two days or more, it’s best not to pay for breakfast.
While the hotel is convenient due to its location, it’s quite old and needs a deep cleaning or renovation. I paid around 26800 yen per night (including breakfast but before tax), which I found to be quite costly, especially given the overall experience. For me, this hotel is only worth 15000 yen at most for one night.

I was very satisfied with the stay and the service was very good. I feel that I will continue to choose this hotel for business trips in the future. The transportation time is convenient and the surrounding facilities are very good.

Facilities: Even as a Hyatt-affiliated brand, it certainly embodies the strong advantages of the Hyatt name. My only minor complaint was that the sink felt a little too low. The location is truly superb, just a few minutes' walk from Ginza's main street. All the major luxury brand standalone stores are also within walking distance, and public transportation is incredibly convenient.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Ginza. Super convenient location to all the shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are tastefully designed and exudes understated luxury and is mininalistic. Very spacious and well laid out. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient and really close to major metro lines . The view from the high floor was nice especially for watching the sunset. As others have posted the room was really small. If you stay more then two days you will need to close your suitcase and organize your things when housekeeping comes. Otherwise they wouldn’t be able to get very far into the room. The water filer and ice machine on the room floor was really helpful especially when going out for the day with the July heat. The room was not so clean. When I went to use the humidifier it was covered in dust which set off my allergies. Also one of the walls had water damage. There was also a badly done patch on the corner of the wall. The lack of more than one outlet next the bed was annoying, especially when the provided charger didn’t work. One of the reasons I booked was the “lounge”. It was quite disappointing. It was loud in the room and it was right next to a smoking room. The available beverages were not that great. I don’t drink coffee and the juice was so sugary.
One more thing that was a little annoying, but not necessarily a negative was housekeeping giving me new towels everyday even though I never put used towels outside with my trashcan in the morning. I stayed less than a week so I was fine using the two provided towels, so I had two bags of new towels sitting on my floor until housekeeping cleaned my room.
Very Good
