The outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.
Booked this hotel since I am attending a conference nearby.
The service is very good! We arrived before check in and since the room is already available, we were allowed to have an early check in.
The room is also very spacious in Tokyo standards.
The hotel is located near a mall with plenty of dining options. It is also near a train station making it easy to explore around the city.
In general, the facilities are old and the registration procedure and breakfast vouchers, etc. are very old fashioned. The variety of the breakfast is good to start for the day. It is inconvenient that there is no inhouse laundromat. The hotel introduces the nearby one, however, it is not so near and moreover, the facility there doesn't have any instructions in foreign languages. The desk light on the working table is very old fashioned, which is very cumbersome. In the hotel premisis there is a supermarket, which is convenient.
One of the best hotels we had stayed. Big room.
Cleanliness - full mark
Location - just across Shiomi Station
Convenience - independent noodle shop at Shiomi Station itself; family mart at Hotel and very near Disneyland (3 train stops).
Facilities - Laundry machines and dryers (coin/credit card operated at Level 2 are most appreciated.
Staff - amazing friendly
Toiletries, bath salts and tea bags - self help at level 1, near check-in counter
Overall- very modern, newly mint, and with updated fittings and features, BUT TV has no English language channel.
Strongly recommended - both families and couples.
Will stay in this hotel again. Very quiet neighborhood.
Train terminates at Tokyo station and be prepared for long walk to Tokyo Central for connecting trains
This time I stayed here to attend a fan meeting for K-pop idol group ATEEZ. The hotel was so beautiful, I felt like a celebrity! What I particularly liked was the number of mirrors. I was impressed that the bathroom door was a mirror! I'd like to stay here again the next time I have business in Ariake. Thanks to the hotel, I was able to enjoy the fan meeting to the fullest ♡ Thank you!
Amazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel
The hotel is just next to metro station. The room is considered bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 adult 2 kids, and it is sufficient. The nearby mall has everything you need. Travel to Disneyland is only 30min by metro. A good stopover hotel for Disneyland.
Hygienic: excellent, spotless;
Environment: very quiet, no noise;
Service: The service staff can speak English and the service attitude is very good;
Facilities: The facilities are very complete, there are some high-tech, snacks and a bottle of Japanese sake in the room.
I'm a repeater. Thank you for your help this time.
Since the supermarket is nearby, I cooked myself during my stay. The cooking utensils and seasonings were all available, and the living room was large, so I was able to cook comfortably (ample size for a few people!). Even if you don't cook, the location is good, so you don't have to worry about delivery.
Let me use it again. Thank you very much.
