Good hotel with quite decent bfast! And it’s conveniently located right next to the MTR station, which is a plus point! There’s also a family mart right under the block and a pharmacy within walking distance!
Check in and out is easy. Only 5-6min walk from metro entrance. The room is spacious for us which can open 2 big luggage fully on the floor. Room is near and clean. The bathroom is spacious as well with standard bathtub. The water pressure is good. Free drink (ice water, coca cola, coffee, fruit juice) is provided from 2pm-10pm. Overall we have great stay experience
Hotel is clean, convenient to go everywhere to Tokyo centre, generally most attractions take about 30 minutes by subway. Nearest subway is just next to the hotel, surrounding with convenient shops, McDonald, Daiso and eatery. Close to airport limousine to Haneda airport. Provide variety of hotel amenities, very clean and just renovated. Consider spacious room in Japan. Will come back if happen to travel in Tokyo again.
Loved this hotel, simple to get to all places we needed to like Disneyland and Disney sea. Public transport simple and staff really friendly at the hotel. Only downside was if you have big luggage, you will have limited space but fantastic overall. 🤩🤩👍👍
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and they spoke English, which was a relief. While the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, it's an affordable option in a lovely area, so it's understandable. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, which I really appreciated. One of the great perks is that you can borrow various items, including an iron, for free for an hour. There’s also a laundry facility on-site, making it convenient for guests. The location is fantastic—just a 7-minute walk from Kameido JR Station and within 5 to 7 minutes of convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and a shopping mall filled with clothing stores. If you decide to buy Tokyo Subway Day Pass, as it is only valid on subway lines (not JR lines), the nearest station is Nishi-Ojima Subway Station about 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Plus, you can rent bicycles right outside the mall! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a great stay!
Was attending an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is excellent location, within walking distance with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, amenities provided excellent and I was most impressed by the fuss free self service check in/out and the self service luggage storage. The hotel even has a weighing scale at the airport limousine waiting area, how thoughtful is that! Excellent all round, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and book again next trip!
IThe staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a few nights. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location close to restaurants and public transit.
Overall, I enjoyed my time here. That said, I did find the price a bit on the high side for what was offered. If I could catch a good deal or if the rates were slightly more competitive, I’d definitely consider staying again.
Room was great! TBH hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally very small but this one is pretty acceptable. Enough space to open 1 suitcase and plenty of space to put our bags. There’s a washing machine and a balcony in the room too. The bathroom is bigger than I thought. Overall it’s very clean. The only downside is that the TV doesn’t show anything, you’ll need to purchase movies or not watch it at all.
2 mins walk from the metro station. Around 15-20 mins metro away from Tokyo station. There’s a shrine next to the hotel and can check it out too. Quite some restaurants near the hotel too. There’s a really good ramen place called 吉田屋 nearby.

Great
GGuest UserThe interior is clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with plenty of space besides the bed. The TV is very clean. Although the hotel is located a little out of the way, there is a parking lot (1,000 yen per night) which is more convenient.
LLolKameido, where the hotel is located, is very quiet, but if you want to go shopping in Nishiki, there are also lively shops such as Parco. The hotel is managed in an apartment-style manner, so there is no special cleaning during your stay. Toiletries are provided. The most satisfactory thing is that the space is really large, and two 28-inch suitcases can be spread out. The disadvantage is that the air purifier is a bit smelly (or is it the air conditioner?). But because it happened to be cold when I came, I just opened the window for ventilation. People who are afraid of noise may feel a little painful (the sound of cars on the street, etc.)
Overall very satisfied
Hhaho38The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from the subway station. It is very convenient to enter and exit different areas. The nearby environment is also quiet, which I am very satisfied with.
When we arrived, the hotel staff introduced us to the equipment and usage in the room in a very friendly and detailed manner, and provided snacks, washing powder, etc. The attitude was very friendly.
The environment in the room is also very good, clean and tidy. It has an induction cooker, washing machine, hair dryer, etc. It is very suitable for family travel and I am very satisfied.
If there is a chance for my family to come to Tokyo again, I will book again:)
ハハヤブサThe hotel was very close to the station and very clean!
There is also a relatively bright atmosphere, so it is recommended!
The water area was beautiful and the bed was beautiful!

KKOICHIIt had been a while since I'd stayed here, but I was generally satisfied with the service, facilities, breakfast, etc. However, perhaps because the accommodation fee was cheap, when I went to sleep in the triple room, there was a loft bunk bed right in front of me. Even though I was only there to sleep, I was a little dissatisfied with the room.
