We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.
Location - located near JR Kameido Station but another option is a subway station, 12 mins away. It is also located behind Kameido Clock which had GU, Uniqlo and other food restaurants. This place is also located in a quieter location.
Cleanliness - the hotel is very clean.
Service - all in all, very good service. But they do not clean your room. You have to go down the front desk to get new towels. You also have to throw your own trash.
Overall, we really liked the location of the hotel to escape the noise in main stations.
Hotel is clean, convenient to go everywhere to Tokyo centre, generally most attractions take about 30 minutes by subway. Nearest subway is just next to the hotel, surrounding with convenient shops, McDonald, Daiso and eatery. Close to airport limousine to Haneda airport. Provide variety of hotel amenities, very clean and just renovated. Consider spacious room in Japan. Will come back if happen to travel in Tokyo again.
We loved almost everything about this hotel. The price, the location and the cleanliness. Toiletries, slippers and bath robes are also always readily available in front of the elevator so you wont forget to take what you need before you go to your room.
Our only concern was you cant leave your luggage for free. We had to use the coin lockers (500yen per locker) at the lobby but other than that, the hotel is very good for couples and families who would like to stay at a quiet area.

Had to extend our stay. And I am so glad I got to as we had missed a day. The hotel staff were super kind to figure out if we could. Convenient and needed to stay again haha
This was a good little hotel. It was Tokyo so the room was absurdly small and not that much to brag about but it was clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the metro so that was great. We could get to many spots in 20-30 minutes. Very convenient.
The breakfast was great and had a lot of options. It does get a bit old after a few days but its fine. We left every morning full and ready for the day. The breakfast women were super friendly and on top of it. Nothing ever really ran out.
The service desk people were very friendly and attentive too. To be fair, almost everyone in Tokyo was friendly and attentive!
Hotel is conveniently located within 5 minites of the train station (Ariake Tennis-no-mori station). The place is very peaceful and tranquil at night. The staffs are always helpful in any ways possible
Great Stay in Odaiba – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the building was super convenient.
The service was friendly and professional, and getting around was easy — there's an airport bus available, which made arrival and departure stress-free.
If you're planning to stay in the Odaiba area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, great service, and everything you need in one place!
Big rooms but small beds for couples. Nice staff and very quiet place. Convenience stores and metro stations are a little far (10-15min) but it's a good place
The room is quite big, and the facilities are quite good for the price. You have to do the bedsheets and cleaning by yourself. If you need to change or have someone else do the service, you will need to pay extra. The management is like a B&B, but it is better than a B&B because there is still someone on duty, but not 24 hours a day. The transportation is good, not far from the subway station, and the convenience store is next door. The only inconvenience is that there is only one key, so you have to communicate well with your friends. It is easy to find that you have forgotten the key when you go back alone.
Very Good
