Subway access nearby is quite convenient. At approximately 15.6 sqm, the room felt noticeably more spacious compared to the typical 10 sqm rooms often found in other business hotels nearby. The hotel seemed to attract a lot of international guests. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on the 13th floor (300 JPY for a wash, 100 JPY for drying), though it tends to get quite busy in the evenings. There's a small gym on the third floor, which I considered a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, and the restaurant also serves lunch. My only minor complaint is that, despite being a non-smoking room, I could faintly detect a smoky smell on the bath towels and pillows.

Spotlessly clean, incredibly convenient, and felt very safe. The attention to detail was excellent, with housekeeping ensuring the room was immaculate every single day. There were also tons of food options right downstairs, and having a 7-Eleven was incredibly handy! I loved being able to just pop down for food daily. Will definitely stay here again!

The best aspect of this hotel is the location which is next to Akasaka-Mitsuke. The service of the staff needs improvement as it’s lacking compared to other hotels in the same area. The non-smoking room smells significantly like smoke, which exacerbated my allergy symptoms. I would not be recommending this hotel.

It was a Friday, so the price was a little higher than usual. It's approximately 300-400 meters from both Akasaka and Tameike-Sanno subway stations, making it quite convenient to reach Ginza and other popular spots. The neighborhood is packed with restaurants and convenience stores.

The b Akasaka is very modern and comfortable. The room wasn't big but it was clean and cozy. The shower has body spray jets and that was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Not many options but I thought the available choices were good. I liked the flavored syrups for the coffee and the yogurt with muesli and fresh fruit.

About 10min walk from akasaka mitsuke station with some medium slopes, but totally manageable. Free face masks, feet masks and various amenities which is a big bonus. Spacious rooms.

Great location. Close to subway, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, mini groceries and more. Stumbled onto the Harry Potter area which I didn’t know about nor interested in… but I was cool for my 6 year old. Definitely a great location for basing yourself to explore. Didn’t use the facilities - restaurant, men only hot bath 😳 etc. hotels stored bags until check in and our bags were in our room when we arrived. Receptions staff fussed over my daughter and gave little gifts which makes kids happy.
Rooms are tiny but we made a queen bed room work for 2 adults and a 6 year old with 3 giant ski bags (3 x 110 litre bags). Rooms were clean and quite modern. Usual wear and tear for a hotel. Staff were super friendly and happy to help. Comfy bed although on the soft side.
Overall very nice experience for us very seasoned travellers. will stay again.

It’s a tight fit room but this is Tokyo but it’s clean. No laundry here but I booked knowing that. The Akasaka station is a 9min trek but feels longer with luggage going uphill. So many stairs. The Tameiko-Sanno station is better with an escalator option from exit 12b but yeah still some uphill to the hotel. And it’s humid in Tokyo so it feels hotter! Lots of eating areas especially around Akasaka station. And there’s a 7-eleven next door :)

Very tight space even for Tokyo. Only enough walked space to roll your bag into the room. For the price there are more spacious options. Onsen was very good and they had a lounge for fee of jpy2000 roughly for drink all you can and finger food. They have 2 entrances as they occupy the whole building which gives easy access from either road. Easy to find too and quiet despite the location on a drinking street

Great
GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly and helpful! We arrived a bit early for the 3 PM check-in, and they kindly allowed us to wait at the hotel. The room was a bit small, which is typical for Japanese hotels, but the bathroom was indeed tiny. The location is super convenient, quite close to the subway station. After midnight, staff check for room cards at the entrance, and non-guests are not allowed to enter, which makes the hotel feel very secure.

BBryianI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a relaxing experience. One of the highlights was the public bath, which was well-maintained and a perfect way to unwind after a long day.
The service was also impressive—the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free.
Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. While not outstanding, it was enough to start the day off right.
Another convenient feature was the luggage storage service, which made it easy to leave my bags before check-in and after check-out. This was really helpful for making the most of my time in the city.
Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable stay with great service and facilities. I would definitely consider coming back!

GGuest UserHotel is located in the good area close to both Akasaka and Akasaka -mitsuke station.
There are several good wine bar where vibe is exceptionally. Food is tasty and pizza is brick oven baked. My wife prefers oriental but the new shop is always fully booked.

GGuest UserAkasaka guesthouse provides a GREAT location at a great price with easy access to several transit lines, and pleasant walks to many attractions and major areas. The Hostel itself is small, and unassuming. The common area is nice to spend time in but if you are looking for stuff to do IN it? well chatting with other travellers is about the only thing to do. But you weren't booking a hostel just to hang around in their lobby. The dorms are compart, but comfortable and provided enough space for a large 6'1” tall man to move around in the capsule and get dressed easily. The capsules do not have individual AC, a small fan would be a nice addition to each capsule. The walls are also plywood, so movement and bumps can be very loud.
Towel rentals are available from the front desk, but require an attendant to get (though maybe i misunderstood some instructions) so make sure to rent one when you check in, or you'll be using yesterdays clothes to dry yourself off. But included soaps in the very nice showers are a big plus.
Note if you have a lot of luggage or accessibility needs that there is no elevator and your bags may need to be carried up 4 flights of narrow stairs.
Hostel was overall very clean, staff were kind and helpful, bedding was comfortable. Would totally stay here a sec
Front desk staff were super helpful.

HHufaitI called for a room cleaning. The janitor came in without knocking on the door. I walk out of the shower room naked, and the janitor came inside the room see me completely naked and still insist to move forward.?!🤦🏻♂️
I said more than 3 times to tell him to get out and he still stood there 🤦🏻♂️

MMINGQII ordered no breakfast, a four-person room. At that time, I had only three people. Although the room was small and had all the internal organs, the bathroom and the vanity were separated, but all were in the room. Shampoos and shampoos are available in the bathroom, and disposable toothbrush combs and small towels are available at the front desk. The location is not as difficult to find in the comments. It can be found according to Google Maps. It is five minutes away from the subway station and very close to ド ン ド. Extra bed is definitely impossible, the place is relatively small.
The parking lot does not seem to be clear.
It's safe. There are two keys, one for the outside door and one for the door of your room.
