很滿意的入住體驗，入住的是3204房間，雨後的傍晚，居然在房間裏看到了富士山。真的太值了！ 酒店房間不大，房間裏還有個抽濕機，可以用來吹乾洗了的衣服。酒店前台服務很好，我們到了日本後先去了大阪遊玩，把一個行李箱寄存在了酒店。 酒店地理位置也不錯，附近很多餐館，24小時營業的7層堂吉訶德商場步行10分鐘可到。“魚米”回轉壽司店就在附近，價廉物美，需要排隊。 這家酒店值得推薦！👍

一般不是很愛寫評價，這次是跟女朋友一起出來的，酒店的服務真的很好。如果下次來東京一定還是它。

Location: The hotel is located on a steep slope, making it a real pain to check in from Shibuya Station with a lot of luggage. You'll have to climb the stairs and slopes without a sound. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Shibuya Sky, but it seems Shibuya is currently undergoing road construction, making the roads very complicated and requiring a long, winding climb. Service: Upon entering the hotel, there seems to be an office building next to it. There's no one to greet you, and you have to walk all the way to the lobby before someone will help you with your luggage. The front desk guy is not Japanese and speaks English with a strong accent, so you can only guess. Your luggage will be delivered to your room and neatly arranged. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Ambience: The overall decor is very stylish—I'm not sure if it's old-fashioned or retro, but it's comfortable and the whole hotel is fragrant. Outside the lobby windows is a large expanse of greenery, creating a tranquil atmosphere amidst the hustle and bustle. The room is decorated with paintings, and when you open the curtains, you can see the entire Shibuya area. There's also a window next to the bathtub for a night view. The toiletries were all L'Occitane, probably Verbena, but I was very satisfied. Facilities: The bathroom walls were a bit dull, the layout was odd, and the toilet was old; it needed a makeover. The biggest letdown was the Western restaurant on the first floor! I was exhausted after checking in and didn't feel like going out. I saw the small cakes in the freezer looked good, so I figured it was a bit pricey, so I'd just eat something casually in the hotel. I didn't expect it to be this bad. The appetizer of prosciutto and salami was convenience store quality; I couldn't bear to give two slices, and the small dish was filled with pickled olives and pickles. The grilled chicken salad with avocado had chicken so dry it stuck in my teeth, warm on the outside and icy on the inside. A re-grilled convenience store chicken breast would probably be better. The avocado was still blackened. The side dishes were just lettuce and shredded onions, with no sauce. Just a large lemon, a cup of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a little kosher salt for you to mix. The sizzling steak was incredibly salty, like synthetic meat, frozen with tenderizer and moisture retainer. I was so picky that I asked for medium-rare. The butter served with the toast wasn't cultured butter. It was so white I almost thought it was margarine, and it had no flavor at all. The most outrageous thing was this creamy pasta with scallops and shrimp. I called someone, and they said they'd go down and ask for me, then took the pasta away. Luckily, I'd been careful enough to save a clump. They came back and told me there was no chance of sand. I was completely stunned by their attitude. Instead of an apology, they were just being stubborn. They asked me to talk to the manager or chef. He said he was the manager, and while there wasn't any sand, he could remake it for me. My appetite had completely gone, so I asked them to return the dish. They said they couldn't return it, but they could remake it or replace it with something else. After a few rounds of argument, he insisted there was no way there was sand in it, and it couldn't be returned. At this point, my anger was flaring up. Pointing to the black speck on the remaining pasta, I said, "I can't accept this answer. I tasted sand, I saw sand. It couldn't be spices. I want to know what it is. Ask the chef to tell me." He initially refused, but seeing my anger, he called the chef out. He honestly apologized, saying he'd used crushed oyster shells to make the broth, and this might be the residue. I thought, "**** you! The previous dishes were so poor, and you're using oyster shells to make the broth." But there was no point in arguing, so I said, "Okay, it might have been a misunderstanding." I accepted it. I'd pay for the pasta, but I'd also refund all the undelivered dishes, including dessert, and settled the bill. We discussed it over and finally refunded the pasta. Just these three dishes and a glass of wine cost over 700 yuan. I'm such a fool! Don't eat! ! Run away! ! ! !

房間很舒適，訂的三人住，安排的很好，地理位置很好，離澀谷十字中心很近，值得推薦👍

位置：澀谷地鐵出來正在施工，需要稍微調整找一下方向，但不難找，在Tokyo plaza對面。 設施：酒店很現代，大堂寬敞，房間設施也比較新，配了全套歐舒丹洗護套裝，入住時還送SK2早晚護膚小樣禮盒，是個意外的驚喜。 環境：窗外景色超美，無論白天還是夜晚，隨手拍了一張照片，好像挺適合博主窗前拍視頻的～哈哈 服務：前台入住服務很好，酒店早餐品質相對這個段位的酒店有點簡單，沒啥可吃的，咖啡和茶還需要服務人員送，不知道是不是為了顯得客人尊貴，總之早餐一般，其他都不錯。
