Great location, the train station is 800 m away, not too close but not too far. There is a circle line and trains to Haneda airport. There is a station 150 m from the hotel if you have heavy bags. There is a washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor. The rooms are like in the photo, modest and clean, everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, washcloths, comb, hair dryer - everything is there. There are many shops nearby, including 24-hour ones. There is a cafe, but you need to check the opening hours. The bed is not very wide, but it is possible to accommodate two. Ready to stay here again!

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The price is not expensive. The room is much bigger than expected. It is just over 10 minutes' walk from Shinagawa Station and 3 minutes' walk from Kita-Shinagawa Station. It is very convenient to walk to Kita-Shinagawa with luggage and get to Shinagawa Station in one stop. It took less than 30 minutes from Kita-Shinagawa Station to Haneda Airport on the day of departure. There is a little smell every time you open the door of the room. I don't know what's going on. You can take out the garbage and smoke outside the door of the basement. The hotel door is closed from 12 o'clock in the evening to 6 o'clock in the morning. You need a password to open the door. I communicated with the service staff when I checked in. They checked us in early before 1 o'clock in the afternoon. 👍👍 I will stay here again when I go to Tokyo next time.
