Great little hotel. Easy check in and staff good even though languages a bit of a challenge. Great location close to restos and train station and shops. Will stay again but in bigger room next time.

Very good location, not far from KEISEI skyline station (to Narita), close to a lot of subway line and JR, close to Ameyoko market, Uniqlo, Takeya. Very easy to shop, to eat and to go. Has microwave and washing machine. Clean room, quiet and no smell. Provide full of amenities and towels (change everyday). Able to deposit bag before check in and after check out. Has enough space for medium opened luggage and small opened luggage (compare to other hotel in Ueno, it has no enough space to fully open luggage). Next trip, if I go to Tokyo, I will stay here.

Very conveniently located with subway and JR stations in close proximity walking distance.
Make sure to stay at newly built annex wing.
Nice clean rooms with almost all facilities and modern amenities.
Located in pub and restaurants area but nothing to worry when in Japan..it’s always safe.

The main building is very aged. Toilet is extrwmwly small. Location is good for travellers taking Skyliner.

The hotel is awesome! Location is great, about 5 mins to Ueno station by walk. The rooms are big and view is great. They have their own coffee shop and if you live in this hotel, the hot coffee is free.

Great Location in Tokyo. Near the train station and other shops. Has a conbini at the bottom. A bit inconvenient when you have to check in at the Annex with all your luggage only to know that your room is on the other building.
