The location is convenient, close to Ginza, Shimbashi station, and various transportation options. The staff is friendly, energetic, and helpful with excellent English communication skills.

The staff member named Christopher was extremely rude. I initially booked a single room but later wanted to upgrade to a room for two when a friend decided to join me. Christopher insisted there were no available rooms and told us to book a second room separately, despite my asking three times at different times. He even threatened us, saying that if we stayed together and were discovered, we would be kicked out, even in the middle of the night. I'm unsure if his language skills contributed to his rudeness. However, another junior staff member who heard our conversation could immediately find a larger room for us, which we just needed to pay an additional fee. We will definitely file another complaint with management.
