The cleaning was always on point, and the capsules were comfortable, though the air conditioning was constantly running, making it a bit cold. The front desk staff who assisted me didn't speak much English, but they quickly used a translator to ensure I understood everything. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor and a lounge where you can read complimentary manga (if you can read Japanese) or even bring your laptop. The lounge offers shared tables or individual booths. They have free rice and coffee. Laundry facilities are available for a fee. The bathrooms were always clean. It's a 5-minute walk from the GINZA line and a bit further to the YAMAMOTO line, making it extremely well-connected. Within a minute's walk, you'll find an area bustling with shops and restaurants, which is quite lively all day long, but no noise is audible from inside.

2025.6.6 The map shows that the distance from Ueno Station and Okachimachi Station is about the same. I personally feel that it is closer to Ueno Station and more convenient. There are two stores with the same name. The one opposite apa hotel is a single room. The capsule room is entered from the smaller sign next to it. When checking in, I asked about my preference. Fortunately, I chose the lower bunk, so I didn't have to exercise my arm strength. There is a separate luggage room in the room, which is very convenient for suitcases and lockers. In addition, you must take off your shoes when entering the door. There is also a separate small cabinet for shoes. You have to press the small red round button to turn the small cabinet. It's amazing. There are also many empty toilets on the first floor, and there are two bathrooms with undressing areas. The most distinctive feature is definitely the free 24-hour curry rice dining area and comics area on the second floor. There is also an extra chicken soup rice in the evening, which is super delicious. Save two meals. There is also a free drink coupon when checking in. You can scan the code at the coffee machine or beverage machine on the second floor to order a cup until the check-out date. There are free cold water and cold barley tea, which can only be drunk on the spot and cannot be taken away or poured into your own cup. Overall, it is a very unique and convenient capsule hotel. The location is very convenient, right at the intersection of multiple subway stations. The second floor is under construction, so I couldn't try it. The curry rice was moved to the first floor next door and was quite delicious.
