ドアの鍵が心配

問題なし いつもの東横インだが、蒲田ということもあり、外がうるさく感じた。

I stayed here on a business trip. It was a few minutes away from the east exit of JR Kamata Station, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I had no trouble finding something to eat. The bed in the room was spacious, but the aisle was narrow and it was difficult to open my suitcase. From around 6pm to midnight, there was a lot of noise from the restaurants nearby, so it might be difficult for people with sensitive skin. The breakfast area is in front of the front desk, and there are only a few seats, so you may have to share a table, but there are bento boxes available, so you can pack a buffet menu and take it back to your room, so it's manageable.

I stayed there to meet a friend from my school days. I had been drinking and was a little drunk, so my friend took me to my room, but suddenly a staff member came to my room and said that there was someone who wasn't staying there and that I should pay the hotel fee separately. I said I was sorry, I didn't know, I was just being taken to a hotel, so I'd leave right away, but the staff member said that they would call the police if I didn't pay, and the police came. I explained the situation to the police, but they said they couldn't say anything and that I had to ask the hotel staff to follow their orders, so I reluctantly paid the hotel fee for my friend who had taken me there. (They said they couldn't do it because I didn't ask them to call the person in charge.) The staff member had such a terrible and unreasonable attitude from start to finish that I couldn't believe he was a customer service worker. I called the person in charge later, but they said they couldn't refund the money I had been paid. After that, my friend called again and asked them to look at the security camera and take appropriate action, and they said that the stay time was 5 to 10 minutes, and that the staff's training was insufficient, so they refunded the money. If my friend hadn't called, they would have made me pay without even checking the facts, right? I feel distrust towards the person in charge, and it was the first time I've been treated with such a terrible attitude towards a staff member, and it was unpleasant, and I wonder how they should be in the customer service industry. And it seems that the staff member made me pay the money on their own accord, even though there were no rules, so I wonder what's wrong with this company that employs such staff. I was refunded, but it made me feel terrible about my trip, which I was looking forward to. I will never use this hotel again.
