Except for the poor sound insulation, everything else is good. Showering is in a public bathroom, you can sit down to shower, and each person can make an appointment for showering time at the door. It is a 10-minute walk from the subway station.

The price/performance ratio is really very high. It is considered a very cost-effective house in Tokyo. It is a clean independent cottage. It needs to be booked in advance, otherwise there may not be a room for you if you need to stay there temporarily like me.

Very good, you can store your luggage in the morning. When I checked in in the afternoon, it was already delivered to my room. The location is OK, not far from the JR station, just a ten-minute walk.
