Let's talk about the good things first: 1) The location is OK, not far from the subway entrance, you can walk to Roppongi; 2) The design is strong and the facilities are new; 3) The price is really low; 4) The communication at the front desk is stress-free and the English is good.
Let's talk about the bad things: 1) The hygiene is really bad. There are two big yellow spots on the towel I got, which is really disgusting; 2) The sheets are full of sweat smell. It feels like they don't change them for each guest, or the staff smells too bad; 3) The service attitude is a bit problematic. When I went out at 10 o'clock in the morning, I found a bag of towels at the door, which means that housekeeping is not done. I went directly to the front desk to ask them to clean the room.

The location is very close to the station and there is a convenience store just a one-minute walk away. The front desk was very careful in checking in and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

A very bad experience. The price is completely out of proportion to the overall level of the hotel. Personally, I feel it is at a domestic 3-star level. There's nothing I can do about the small room. The area was marked when booking, but I didn't expect the elevator car to be so small. The bedding was poor, the quilt was dark, the pillow core was made of feathers, not down, and the small refrigerator was dirty. I was confused by the homepage and thought it was a sophisticated and modern hotel, but I was disappointed. I booked a room for 2,680 yuan a night, but my family laughed at me and even caused my child to have a rash on his back due to allergies. The only advantage is that the bed is 2.4 meters large, so it won't be crowded when bringing children. Lesson learned: I will never book a hotel whose name I have never heard again in the future.

It was a gentle slope to the hotel, but we managed to get there. The staff at the lobby were very responsive, and even explained the hotel's decorations while we were waiting for the elevators. Their efforts to make our guests' time as enjoyable as possible melted away any fatigue.
